节能环保成为当今国际主题，随着汽车行业的不断发展，质轻、节能、环保也成为汽车行业发展的重点，铝合金型材也越来越多的作为汽车车架，而型材以“日”“口”为主，且材料较厚，不同位置的型材厚度也不一样，以往的汽车紧件很难应用于此，所以给安装覆盖件提出了新的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的橡胶螺母，它能缓冲保护安装件，结构简单，设计合理，便于安装。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用如下技术方案：它是由黄铜螺母1、橡胶套2组成，黄铜螺母1的外侧设置有橡胶套2，橡胶套2的下侧设置有一圈凸沿2-1，橡胶套2中部设置有带有弧度的锥形。
所述的黄铜螺母1为工字形。
本实用新型的原理为：在使用时，因受螺钉和工字形黄铜螺母1的作用力，螺钉压缩橡胶套2而产生压缩变形（膨胀开来）当螺钉达到预紧力时，橡胶套2达到最大压缩变形量，从而使两部件甚至是多部件连接到一起；同时在紧固过程中，橡胶套2凸沿2-1起到了缓冲保护安装件的作用。
本实用新型能缓冲保护安装件，结构简单，设计合理，便于安装。

所述的黄铜螺母1的内径小于橡胶套2的内径。
所述的橡胶套2的下端距离黄铜螺母1的下端至少为5mm。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的橡胶螺母，其特征在于所述的黄铜螺母(1)的内径小于橡胶套(2)的内径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的橡胶螺母，其特征在于所述的橡胶套(2)的下端距离黄铜螺母(1)的下端至少为5mm。
