本实用新型涉及一种风机蜗壳与转换接口的连接结构。
背景技术 :
与风机蜗壳连接的转换接口,通常用于与外部的风管连接,起到转接作用,而传统的风机蜗壳与转换接口的连接结构,通常是增加一连接板,采用螺钉或铆钉等方式将转换接口和风机蜗壳连接一起,该结构存在以下问题:1)结构复杂,工序繁多,安装麻烦,人工成本较高;2)零部件较多,设计复杂,成本较高;3)连接不牢固,可靠性较差,容易松脱。
发明内容 :
本实用新型的目的是提供一种风机蜗壳与转换接口的连接结构,它结构简单,装配简易,成本低,连接牢固,可靠性强。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种风机蜗壳与转换接口的连接结构,包括蜗壳和转换接口,蜗壳上设置进风口和出风口,在出风口外侧设有连接部,连接部包括下板,从下板两端向外凸出的下凸耳和位于下板上方的上凸边,转换接口包括套管,套管尾部凸出上板,上板两端向外凸出上凸耳,在上板下方、套管尾部凸出下凸边,上板支承在上凸边上,下凸边支承在下板外侧边缘向上凸起弧形凸块上,上凸耳支承在下凸耳上并且下凸耳端面上凸出的凸台嵌入上凸耳底部开设的安装孔里。
上述所述的上板是半圆形板。
上述所述的下板是半圆形板。
上述所述的凸台中间开设通孔。
上述所述的套管的底部设有排水管。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:1)本实用新型转换接口包括套管,套管尾部凸出上板,上板两端向外凸出上凸耳,在上板下方、套管尾部凸出下凸边,上板支承在上凸边上,下凸边支承在下板外侧边缘向上凸起弧形凸块上,上凸耳支承在下凸耳上并且下凸耳端面上凸出的凸台嵌入上凸耳底部开设的安装孔里,减少连接板和螺钉,降低材料成本,简化工序,节约人工成本,且连接紧固,可靠性强;2)凸台中间开设通孔,螺栓通过通孔与外部设备连接并锁紧转换接口;3)套管的底部设有排水管,蜗壳内部的冷凝水从排水管排出,结构设计合理。

下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:如图1至图4所示,本实用新型是一种风机蜗壳与转换接口的连接结构,包括蜗壳1和转换接口2,蜗壳1上设置进风口11和出风口12,在出风口12外侧设有连接部,连接部包括下板15,从下板15两端向外凸出的下凸耳13和位于下板15上方的上凸边17,转换接口2包括套管21,套管21尾部凸出上板24,上板24两端向外凸出上凸耳22,在上板24下方、套管21尾部凸出下凸边26,上板24支承在上凸边17上,下凸边26支承在下板15外侧边缘向上凸起弧形凸块16上,上凸耳22支承在下凸耳13上并且下凸耳13端面上凸出的凸台14嵌入上凸耳22底部开设的安装孔23里。
实施例二:在实施例一的基础上增加如下技术特征:上板24是半圆形板。
实施例三:在实施例一或实施例二的基础上增加如下技术特征:下板15是半圆形板。
实施例四:在实施例一的基础上增加如下技术特征:凸台14中间开设通孔140。
实施例五:在实施例一的基础上增加如下技术特征:套管21的底部设有排水管25。
由于本申请是机械领域,本领普通技术人员显而易见联想得到:实施例二、实施例三、实施例四和实施例五提及的增加的技术特征自由组合,与实施例一的技术方案组合成新的技术方案。
本实用新型的转换接口2包括套管21,套管21尾部凸出上板24,上板24两端向外凸出上凸耳22,在上板24下方、套管21尾部凸出下凸边26,上板24支承在上凸边17上,下凸边26支承在下板15外侧边缘向上凸起弧形凸块16上,上凸耳22支承在下凸耳13上并且下凸耳13端面上凸出的凸台14嵌入上凸耳22底部开设的安装孔23里,该结构减少零部件,节约材料成本,简化工序,降低人工成本,且连接牢固,可靠性强。

Claims (5)

1.一种风机蜗壳与转换接口的连接结构,包括蜗壳(1)和转换接口(2),蜗壳(1)上设置进风口(11)和出风口(12),其特征在于:在出风口(12)外侧设有连接部,连接部包括下板(15),从下板(15)两端向外凸出的下凸耳(13)和位于下板(15)上方的上凸边(17),转换接口(2)包括套管(21),套管(21)尾部凸出上板(24),上板(24)两端向外凸出上凸耳(22),在上板(24)下方、套管(21)尾部凸出下凸边(26),上板(24)支承在上凸边(17)上,下凸边(26)支承在下板(15)外侧边缘向上凸起弧形凸块(16)上,上凸耳(22)支承在下凸耳(13)上并且下凸耳(13)端面上凸出的凸台(14)嵌入上凸耳(22)底部开设的安装孔(23)里。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风机蜗壳与转换接口的连接结构,其特征在于:上板(24)是半圆形板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种风机蜗壳与转换接口的连接结构,其特征在于:下板(15)是半圆形板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种风机蜗壳与转换接口的连接结构,其特征在于:凸台(14)中间开设通孔(140)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种风机蜗壳与转换接口的连接结构,其特征在于:套管(21)的底部设有排水管(25)。
