本实用新型涉及一种导叶。
背景技术
导叶是水轮机中的重要部件,起到调节水流量的作用。然而水中多含沙等杂质,造成严重磨损,缩短使用寿命,危及电厂安全经济运行,是生产上急待解决的技术问题。
现有技术一般采用在导叶上加涂料等方式来抗磨损,但此种方式成本非常高,而且效果并不佳。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,提出一种抗磨损能力强、寿命长的导叶。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案如下:
一种抗磨损导叶,导叶的两个端面的边缘设有导沙边,导叶的下端面设有导压道。
优选的,所述导沙边为圆弧形的。
本实用新型的导叶通过两个端面边缘的导沙边避免水流直接冲击导叶,起到缓冲的作用。底部的导压道可以减小绕轴压差,避免形成漩涡,加剧泥沙堆积,显著提高了抗磨损能力,延长了使用寿命。

当水流从前向后冲击导叶时,首先会接触到导沙边1,从而起到缓冲的作用,导沙边可以选用抗磨材料制成。导叶底部的导压道2可以将水流从导叶的前部引流到后部,从而减小绕轴压差,避免形成漩涡,加剧泥沙堆积,显著提高了抗磨损能力,延长了使用寿命。
