本实用新型涉及一种发动机用气缸盖，包括气缸盖本体，所述气缸盖本体上设置有火花塞安装孔，所述火花塞安装孔处设置有套管，所述套管与气缸盖本体一体浇铸成型；由于套管和气缸盖本体一体浇铸成型，所以在安装或拆卸火花塞时，套管不会发生松动，不会产生漏水现象，解决了由于火花塞安装孔壁薄易产生破坏漏水的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种发动机用装置，具体的说涉及一种发动机用气缸盖。
背景技术
发动机是一种能够把其它形式的能转化为另一种能的机器，通常是把化学能转化为机械能，发动机包括气缸和气缸盖，气缸盖安装在气缸的上部，从上部密封气缸并构成燃烧室。
现在所使用的气缸盖的结构如附图1所示，气缸盖本体1上设置有火花塞安装孔6，火花塞安装孔的外部是冷却液通道3，火花塞安装孔6和冷却液通道3之间的壁较薄，在使用过程中容易破坏，产生漏水。为了防止薄壁产生破坏漏水，其中一种解决方式是在火花塞安装孔6内设置套管4，套管4的一端与气缸盖本体1螺纹连接，套管4的另一端与气缸盖本体1之间套管密封圈5密封连接，在安装或者拆下火花塞时，套管4容易松动，从而使套管4与气缸盖本体1之间产生漏水，仍然不能很好的解决火花塞安装孔6漏水的问题；另外一种解决方式是将火花塞安装孔6处铸造为实体结构，然后将火花塞安装孔6加工出来，由于将火花塞安装孔6处的壁厚较大，在铸造过程中，其冷却速度慢于气缸盖本体其他位置的冷却速度，容易产生缩松等铸造缺陷，大大缩短了气缸盖的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是针对以上问题，提供一种能够解决火花塞安装孔漏水问题、使用寿命长的发动机用气缸盖。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种发动机用气缸盖，包括气缸盖本体，所述气缸盖本体上设置有火花塞安装孔，所述火花塞安装孔处设置有套管，所述套管与气缸盖本体一体浇铸成型。
一种具体优化方案，所述套管为钢管。
本实用新型采取以上技术方案，具有以下优点：由于套管和气缸盖本体一体浇铸成型，所以在安装或拆卸火花塞时，套管不会发生松动，不会产生漏水现象，解决了由于火花塞安装孔壁薄易产生破坏漏水的问题。
气缸盖在铸造时，在砂芯中设置套管，气缸盖本体各个部分壁厚基本相同，冷却速度基本相同，解决了在铸造过程中由于壁厚的不同导致冷却速度的不同，从而产生缩松等铸造缺陷的问题，大大延长了气缸盖的使用寿命。

实施例：如附图2所示，一种发动机用气缸盖，包括气缸盖本体1，所述气缸盖本体1上设置有火花塞安装孔6、冷却液通道3和排气通道2，所述火花塞安装孔6处设置有套管4，所述套管4与气缸盖本体1一体浇铸成型。
所述套管4为钢管，套管4也可以根据需要选用其他材料的套管。
一种气缸盖的加工工艺，该加工工艺的步骤如下：
A、制作气缸盖本体1的砂芯，使套管4位于砂芯中，套管4的两端从砂芯中穿出；
B、组装模具，砂芯位于模具中；
C、浇铸铁水，使套管4的两端与铁水浇铸为一体。

1.一种发动机用气缸盖，包括气缸盖本体(1)，所述气缸盖本体(1)上设置有火花塞安装孔(6)，所述火花塞安装孔(6)处设置有套管(4)，其特征在于：所述套管(4)与气缸盖本体(1)一体浇铸成型。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种发动机用气缸盖，其特征在于：所述套管(4)为钢管。
