一种虫草打粉机的胶囊填充装置。虫草作为名贵中药材，对人的身体大有裨益；目前虫草的服用方式比较单一，多为炖汤服用，近年来为了增加吸收程度改用粉末服用，消费者会在药店中将新鲜虫草打为粉末后回家制作胶囊服用，需要将虫草粉末装入胶囊，灌装过程尤其想在家里灌装很不方便。一种虫草打粉机的胶囊填充装置，其组成包括:带有胶囊填充头的储料仓（2），所述的储料仓（3）的上方与电机（1）连接，所述的胶囊填充头下方顺次装有胶囊帽（5）填充盘、胶囊体填充盘(6)和胶囊压出盘(7)，所述的胶囊帽填充盘、胶囊体填充盘和胶囊压出盘通过定位柱(11)和定位孔对应定位，所述的胶囊帽填充盘、所述的胶囊体填充盘和所述的胶囊压出盘连接带支撑的分度盘(9)，所述的带支撑的分度盘与步进电机(10)连接。本实用新型用于胶囊的填充。

  技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种虫草打粉机的胶囊填充装置。
背景技术：
虫草作为名贵中药材，对人的身体大有裨益；目前虫草的服用方式比较单一，多为炖汤服用，近年来为了增加吸收程度改用粉末服用，消费者会在药店中将新鲜虫草打为粉末后回家制作胶囊服用，携带时需要将虫草粉末装入胶囊，加工过程很不方便。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种胶囊填充装置，既能解决当今虫草服用的难题，为虫草的服用方法提出了新的理念和途径；又使消费者在家即可方便快速地将虫草制成粉末并装入胶囊；解决了老百姓服用加工虫草的后顾之忧。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
一种虫草打粉机的胶囊填充装置，其组成包括:带有胶囊填充头的储料仓，所述的储料仓的上方与电机连接，所述的胶囊填充头下方顺次装有胶囊帽填充盘、胶囊体填充盘和胶囊压出盘，所述的胶囊帽填充盘、胶囊体填充盘和胶囊压出盘通过定位柱和定位孔对应定位，所述的胶囊帽填充盘、所述的胶囊体填充盘和所述的胶囊压出盘连接带支撑的分度盘，所述的带支撑的分度盘与步进电机连接。
所述的虫草打粉机的胶囊填充装置，所述的胶囊体填充盘为圆形，所述的胶囊体填充盘的下部环形均匀的设置有十二个空腔圆套，所述的胶囊体填充盘的中心处设置有三个所述的定位柱。
所述的虫草打粉机的胶囊填充装置，所述的胶囊帽填充盘设置为圆形，所述的胶囊帽填充盘上部具有与所述的胶囊体填充盘上对应的十二个圆帽，所述的胶囊帽填充盘的中心处具有与三个所述的定位柱对应的三个定位孔。
所述的虫草打粉机的胶囊填充装置，所述的胶囊压出盘设置为圆形，所述的胶囊压出盘上部与所述的胶囊体填充盘对应设置为环形均匀的十二个圆柱，在所述的胶囊压出盘与三个所述的定位柱对应的位置设置有三个定位孔。

有益效果：
1.本实用新型结构简单，填装方便准确，可将精细粉碎后的虫草自动装入胶囊中，更解决了往日徒手装胶囊的困难。粉碎后的虫草粉末进入储料仓后，本实用新型开始填充胶囊，工作时在胶囊填充盘上均布有12颗标准尺寸的空心胶囊下半部分，其中一颗对准储料仓出口，当胶囊填充杆向下运动时，按下步进电机的按钮，步进电机按时续控制分度盘的转动；胶囊填充杆将适合胶囊容积的虫草粉末压入胶囊；一个胶囊装好后，分度盘拖动胶囊填充盘旋转一个分度，使下一空胶囊壳的下半部分对准储料仓出口，再次填充。当12个胶囊壳的下半部分全部装填完毕后，取出填充盘，利用定位柱和定位孔将胶囊帽盘和胶囊体盘压合，再用胶囊压出盘将成型胶囊压出。
本实用新型一次能制取12颗胶囊，分装速度快，使粉碎后的虫草粉与空气接触的时间短，保证了药效，满足服用需求。
本实用新型采用胶囊帽盘和胶囊体盘的的组装，使胶囊的压合紧密，药效持久，不易氧化，保存期长。

一种虫草打粉机的胶囊填充装置，其组成包括:带有胶囊填充头的储料仓2，所述的储料仓3的上方与电机1连接，所述的胶囊填充头下方顺次装有胶囊帽5填充盘、胶囊体填充盘6和胶囊压出盘7，所述的胶囊帽填充盘、胶囊体填充盘和胶囊压出盘通过定位柱11和定位孔对应定位，所述的胶囊帽填充盘、所述的胶囊体填充盘和所述的胶囊压出盘连接带支撑的分度盘9，所述的带支撑的分度盘与步进电机10连接。
