本实用新型公开了一种手扳闸板阀，其由扳手、闸板、枢轴、阀座构成，其特征是阀座为筒形，上部横向设闸板入口狭缝，狭缝一侧阀座上设枢轴座，枢轴座与闸板通过枢轴连接，闸板内缘配合阀座腔体形状，闸板外缘焊接扳手。所述阀座或为圆筒形，或为方筒形；所述闸板配合阀座或为圆形，或为矩形。本实用新型结构简单，极易制作加工，使用方便省力，尤其适合塑料粒子等固体物料输送过程中的通断操作。

本实用新型属塑料粒子加工技术领域，具体涉及一种手扳闸板阀。
背景技术
塑料粒子加工过程中，盛装塑料粒子原料及粒子的容器均设有出料口。对于有间歇出料要求的容器，出料口还需设置开关装置。常用的一种开关装置就是闸板阀，这种闸板结构最常见的结构形式是插拔式结构，即插入闸板时关闭出料口，拔出闸板时打开出料口。这种插拔式闸板结构，虽结构简单，但操作并不省力。
发明内容
本实用新型是对现有插拔式闸板结构的一种改进，具体为一种手扳闸板阀，利用杠杆原理，使关闭开启出料口更省力。
本实用新型由扳手、闸板、枢轴、阀座构成，其特征是阀座为筒形，上部横向设闸板入口狭缝，狭缝一侧阀座上设枢轴座，枢轴座与闸板通过枢轴连接，闸板内缘配合阀座腔体形状，闸板外缘焊接扳手。
所述阀座或为圆筒形，或为方筒形。
所述闸板配合阀座或为圆形，或为矩形。
出料时，扳转闸板上的扳手，闸板脱出阀座上的闸板入口狭缝，阀体腔体保持通畅；出料结束，再扳转闸板上的扳手，使闸板沿闸板入口狭缝进入阀座，隔断阀座腔体。
本实用新型有益效果是结构简单，极易制作加工，使用方便省力，尤其适合塑料粒子等固体物料输送过程中的通断操作。

具体实施方式
结合图1、图2本实用新型具体实施方式说明如下：
一种手扳闸板阀，由扳手1、闸板2、枢轴3、阀座4构成，其特征是阀座4为圆筒形，上部横向设闸板入口狭缝5，狭缝5一侧阀座4上设枢轴座，枢轴座与闸板通过枢轴3连接，闸板2内缘配合阀座4腔体形状，闸板2外缘焊接扳手1。
所述闸板2配合阀座4圆形。
出料时，扳转闸板2上的扳手1，闸板2脱出阀座4上的闸板入口狭缝5，阀座4腔体保持通畅；出料结束，再扳转闸板2上的扳手1，使闸板2沿闸板入口狭缝5进入阀座4，隔断阀座4腔体。
阀座4为方筒形或其它几何形状，或阀座4即为出料口(出料口壁厚足够厚，直接在出料口锯切闸板入口狭缝5，狭缝5一侧焊接枢轴座)的情况，均包括在本实用新型保护范围内。

1.一种手扳闸板阀，其由扳手、闸板、枢轴、阀座构成，其特征是阀座为筒形，上部横向设闸板入口狭缝，狭缝一侧阀座上设枢轴座，枢轴座与闸板通过枢轴连接，闸板内缘配合阀座腔体形状，闸板外缘焊接扳手。
