为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:生产阴极铜进料结构,反萃后富铜液容器设有溢流口,溢流口对应位置设有除油槽,除油槽的一侧设有除油槽溢流口,除油槽溢流口的下方设有电解槽。
除油槽包括两级隔油槽,电解槽包括两级电解槽。
本实用新型结构简单、功能实用,利用高度差,自动流入,可节省大量动力消耗。

富铜液从反萃后富铜液容器1溢出自流入除油槽2,再利用除油槽2与电解槽3的高度差,自流入电解槽3。
