背景技术
    胶印机的墨斗辊工作带一定压力,传动扭矩大,转速低。一般由一个电机带动一个星型齿轮减速机来传动。这种传动机构由于传动扭矩大,星型齿轮机构很容易卡死和磨损,且结构复杂、维修不方便,因为齿轮属于变速齿轮所以不易购买,同时由于加工难度大,数量较少,找外协加工,工期就需要一星期左右,且价格较高。大大的耽误了企业的生产进度。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种不易损坏且便于维修的胶印机。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
本实用新型所述的胶印机,包括机架,和设置在所述机架上的墨斗辊,所述墨斗辊一侧的辊轴通过联轴器与变频电机的动力输出轴相连接。
所述变频电机与所述机架之间通过链接法兰相连接。
本实用新型优点在于将变频电机的动力输出轴直接与墨斗辊的辊轴相连接,通过变频电机自带的变频器控制速度,这样不仅容易调节速度,而且传送扭矩较大,不易损坏,同时便于安装和维修。
