技术领域
本实用新型一种带外压杆的垃圾裂解炉属于可再生能源与环境保护用领域,特别是涉及一种垃圾处理使用的带外压杆的裂解炉。 
背景技术
目前,我国处理垃圾的方法多采用焚烧、填埋、堆肥等,亦有使用裂解的方法来处理,但是处理规模不大,而且裂解效果欠佳。现时垃圾焚烧处理、垃圾填埋等都会造成环境的二次污染,而使用的垃圾裂解炉都不具有压缩物料的功能,导致炉内物料裂解不充分,裂解后期物料不能被裂解,裂解炉难以连续、稳定地工作。存在裂解产生的气体成分复杂,杂质多,可燃气体热值低等问题,直接影响了垃圾裂解的效果。 
现时众多的垃圾裂解炉,都不具有带外压杆的设计,而且研究规模很小,大多处于实验室阶段,难以应用于实际生产中。当垃圾进行大规模裂解时,会出现大部分垃圾不能被裂解,反应就停止。原因在于多采用固定床裂解垃圾,裂解期间炉内物料不发生任何移动,单纯靠物料自身产生的能量完成整个裂解过程,一旦处理的垃圾量增大,整个裂解过程变得复杂、难以控制。所以,出现炉内大部分垃圾不被裂解就停止反应。本实用新型为一种带外压杆的垃圾裂解炉,压杆一端穿过锥形炉盖伸入炉内与炉内压料板连接,压杆带动压料板使其在炉内上下移动,实现压缩物料的效果,改变裂解物料的间隙,有利于裂解反应均匀、稳定地进行。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足,旨在提供一种带外压杆的垃圾裂解炉,特点是根据物料裂解的程度,调节夹紧装置的力度,利用压杆带动炉内压料板压紧炉内物料,使得整个裂解反应能够连续、均匀、稳定地进行。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施达到的, 带外压杆的垃圾裂解炉是由炉体、气液混合物出口、管道、动力装置、压杆、压料板、锥形炉盖、炭混合物出口组成。炉体下部设置炭混合物出口,炉体上部设置气液混合物出口,外压杆装置设置在炉体顶部,外压杆装置由动力装置、压杆、压料板组成,动力装置安装在炉顶上,压杆连接压料板,压料板力压炉内顶层物料。动力装置为压杆提供动力,压杆带动炉内压料板上下移动。 
动力装置对压杆进行夹紧、放松以及提供压杆上下移动的动力。裂解过程中由于底层物料先发生裂解反应,变成焦炭,密度减少,利用外压杆带动压料版,作用于顶层物料上,推动炉内物料向下移动,从而减少炉内底部焦炭物料间的间隙,使焦炭与未裂解的物料接触更紧密,集中焦炭的热量,使热量向上层物料传递,促进裂解反应进行。炉外设置水蒸气发生装置,裂解过程中水蒸气从炉底喷入,与垃圾裂解后生成的焦炭接触,发生一系列反应,反应后焦炭变成灰白色残渣,密度更小。此时,再利用压杆带动压料板压实残渣,减少残渣体积,有利于水蒸气与上层焦炭接触。裂解过程中产生的气液混合物通过锥形炉盖汇集到气液混合物出口,再通过管道排出炉外。物料裂解后,残渣从炭混合物出口排出。

如附图1、附图2所示,带外压杆垃圾裂解炉是由炉体1、气液混合物出口2、管道3、动力装置4、压杆5、压料板6、锥形炉盖7、炭混合物出口8组成,炉体下部设置炭混合物出口,炉体上部设置气液混合物出口,外压杆装置安装在炉体顶部,外压杆装置由动力装置、压杆、压料板组成,动力装置安装在锥形炉盖上,压杆穿过锥形炉盖,与炉内压料板连接,压料板力压炉内顶层物料。

1.一种带外压杆的垃圾裂解炉是由炉体、气液混合物出口、管道、动力装置、压杆、压料板、锥形炉盖、炭混合物出口组成,炉体下部设置炭混合物出口,炉体上部设置气液混合物出口,外压杆装置设置在炉体顶部,外压杆装置由动力装置、压杆、压料板组成,动力装置安装在锥形炉盖上,压杆穿过锥形炉盖,与炉内压料板连接,压料板力压炉内顶层物料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带外压杆的垃圾裂解炉,其特征在于动力装置为压杆提供动力,压杆带动炉内压料板上下移动。
