本实用新型公开了一种清洗设备，包括设备本体(1)，设备本体具有用以放置工件的清洗位(2)、用以喷水对清洗位上工件进行清洗的喷水装置、用以对清洗工件后的水实施过滤的过滤装置、用以将过滤后的水回收至喷水装置中的水泵(4)，其中，过滤装置包括可从设备本体中提取出来的过滤篮(5)，过滤篮具有篮底、围壁和顶口，过滤篮于一侧围壁上开有进水口(6)、其他各侧围壁均为具有滤网用以滤水的滤壁(7)。本实用新型便于清理滤除的杂质，从而保证过滤后的水可再利用，具体而言，过滤篮可从设备本体中提出，故此，只需将过滤篮取出而后翻扣过来就能将所滤杂质清除出篮外，方便、卫生、保护设备长期正常工作，延长设备使用寿命。

背景技术
现有工业生产用工件清洗设备中的过滤装置只是直接和设备底部垂置相连的滤网，别无其他，而由于过滤下来的杂质最终都会沉淀聚集于设备的底部，设备本身又既大且重、整体无法翻扣过来，导致清洗设备中作为过滤装置的滤网无论是否可以拆卸，其设备底部的杂质都很难清理。

有鉴于此，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种便于清理所滤杂质的清洗设备。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案来实现的：
一种清洗设备，包括设备本体，所述设备本体具有用以放置工件的清洗位、用以喷水对清洗位上工件进行清洗的喷水装置、用以对清洗工件后的水实施过滤的过滤装置、用以将过滤后的水回收至所述喷水装置中的水泵，其中，所述过滤装置包括可从所述设备本体中提取出来的过滤篮，所述过滤篮具有篮底、围壁和顶口，所述过滤篮于一侧围壁上开有进水口、其他各侧围壁均为具有滤网用以滤水的滤壁。
作为优选，所述过滤篮为具有前、后、左、右四侧围壁的矩形篮，所述进水口设于所述前侧围壁的上段位置上。
由上述技术方案可知，本实用新型的有益效果是：
相比现有技术，本实用新型便于清理滤除的杂质，从而能够保证过滤后的水可再利用，具体而言，由于过滤篮可从设备本体中提取出来，故此，只需将过滤篮取出而后翻扣过来就能将所滤杂质清除出篮外，方便、卫生、保护设备长期正常工作，延长设备使用寿命。

1.一种清洗设备，包括设备本体(1)，所述设备本体具有用以放置工件的清洗位(2)、用以喷水对清洗位上工件进行清洗的喷水装置、用以对清洗工件后的水实施过滤的过滤装置、用以将过滤后的水回收至所述喷水装置中的水泵(4)，其特征在于，所述过滤装置包括可从所述设备本体中提取出来的过滤篮(5)，所述过滤篮具有篮底、围壁和顶口，所述过滤篮于一侧围壁上开有进水口(6)、其他各侧围壁均为具有滤网用以滤水的滤壁(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的清洗设备，其特征在于，所述过滤篮为具有前、后、左、右四侧围壁的矩形篮，所述进水口设于所述前侧围壁的上段位置上。
