本实用新型是一种烹饪锅盖，能排出锅盖内蒸汽凝水的锅盖。 
背景技术
目前公知的烹饪锅盖不能排出锅盖内蒸汽凝水，绝大部分凝水又重新流回锅内。以至于影响了烹饪质量。例如蒸煮米饭；面食时回流的凝水影响了质量。 
尤其是煎炸食品时不盖锅盖油花四溅，盖上锅盖蒸汽无法散发，凝水又流回锅内而无法完成煎炸。 
发明内容
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：1，锅盖有一定坡度，锅盖边缘有一内衬，内衬外沿与锅盖外沿密切结合，内衬内沿向外盖倾并与外盖有一定间隙，内衬与锅口接触配合。2，在锅盖的外沿处开一小口，以利凝水外流。3，锅盖顶部有防溅排气孔，孔上有可开关并调节孔大小的孔盖配件。 
锅盖内凝水顺锅盖坡度流入内衬与外盖之间，内衬阻隔了凝水流回锅内和外溢并使凝水沿锅盖外沿的排水口排出。排水口处可用另一容器接凝水。防溅排气孔负责排气。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以盖锅盖煎炸食品，解决了不能盖锅盖热油四溅的问题。也能减少油烟排放。蒸煮米饭，面食时能提高质量。

具体实施方式
锅盖有坡度，边缘有内衬，内衬的外沿与锅盖外沿密切结合，内衬内沿向外盖倾并与外盖有一定间隙，锅盖边缘有一个排水口b，聚集在内衬与外盖间的凝水从排水口b流出。锅盖的内衬与锅口接触配合。锅盖顶部有防溅排气孔c，孔上有可开关调节孔大小的排气孔盖配件d。蒸汽由防溅排气孔c排出。蒸煮时关上防溅排气孔c，只排凝水。煎炸时打开防溅排气孔c，排气排凝水。

1.排水汽锅盖，其特征是：锅盖有坡度，边缘有内衬，内衬外沿与外盖密切结合，内衬内沿向外盖倾并与外盖有一定间隙，锅盖边沿有流水口，锅盖内衬与锅接触配合，锅盖顶部有防溅排气孔，孔上有可开关的密封配件。
