本实用新型涉及一种自动控制设备,具体涉及一种用于惰性气体、辅助气体或可燃烧气体输入的自动控制器。
背景技术
在锂电池正极材料前驱体(三元、两元、一元)合成过程中需要通入惰性气体进行保护;在锂电池正极材料烧结过程中需要通入氧气或空气加速氧化过程。
现有方法是使用单一阀门进行通、断控制,或者是通过调节阀门大小控制气体通入量大小。上述方法存在气体断流无法知晓,气体输入压力、流量不可控的弊端。往往一次失误就使大批物料报废,从而造成极大经济损失。
因此,为解决上述技术问题,确有必要提供一种结构新颖的气体输入自动控制器,以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、操作方便 、工作稳定的气体输入自动控制器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:一种气体输入自动控制器,其包括控制仪表、电磁阀、压力感送器、压力罐、进气口截止阀、出气口截止阀以及输气管,其中,所述进气口截止阀、电磁阀、压力罐、出气口截止阀依次设置于输气管上;所述控制仪表与电磁阀相连接;所述压力感送器与压力罐相连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型的气体输入自动控制器可控制气体通入量大小及压力,从而避免没有气体输入(断气)或气体输入量不稳定。本控制器结构简单、操作方便 、工作稳定有效 ,可同时实现单台或多台设备气体输入的自动控制。

具体实施方式
请参阅说明书附图1所示,本实用新型为一种气体输入自动控制器,其由控制仪表1、电磁阀2、压力感送器3、压力罐4、进气口截止阀5、出气口截止阀6以及输气管7等几部分组成。该气体输入自动控制器输送的气体可以是氮气、氩气等惰性气体;也可以是氧气等辅助气体,或者是氢气等可燃烧气体。
所述进气口截止阀5、电磁阀2、压力罐4、出气口截止阀6依次设置于输气管7上。所述控制仪表1与电磁阀2相连接。所述压力感送器3与压力罐4相连接。
本实用新型的气体输入自动控制器通过压力感送器3检测与设备相通的压力罐4内压力,把检测到的气体压力转换为电信号传输给控制仪表1,控制仪表1根据设定压力控制电磁阀2的通、断,从而稳定控制设备气体输入。
本实用新型的气体输入自动控制器工作时,打开进气口截止阀5和出气口截止阀6,接通电源,通过控制仪表1设定工作压力,然后启动自动控制按钮即正常工作。
