本实用新型涉及一种钻头,具体涉及一种应用在石油钻井行业的胎体式孕镶金刚石复合片钻头。 
背景技术
金刚石复合片钻头是石油钻井行业常用的一种钻井工具,随着该项技术的不断发展,钻头的结构及制作工艺发生了很大的变化,抗腐蚀及抗冲击性能都大为提高。但是在对硬度较高的地层进行钻探时,钻头的切削齿磨损度比较高,严重影响到了其切削效率。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、钻头切削齿磨损率较低的胎体式孕镶金刚石复合片钻头。 
一种胎体式孕镶金刚石复合片钻头,包括钻头本体及钻头切削体,所述钻头切削体上的切削齿沿钻头切削体的顶面圆周间隙分布,所述切削齿的切割边及钻头切削体的中部圆心处均设有孕镶金刚石复合片。 
本实用新型结构简单,加工方便,通过对钻头的结构及对孕镶金刚石复合片的位置改进,有效提高了钻头的切削效率,使其更加适应对硬度较高的地层的钻探。
