本实用新型涉及一种石油钻井作业中广泛应用的PDC钻头。属石油钻井工具技术领域。
背景技术
PDC钻头是现在石油、天然气钻采中广泛应用的一种金刚石钻头。由带有水眼的钻头体、固接在钻头体上的刀翼和焊接在刀翼上的切削齿构成。这种钻头的切削齿由硬质合金基体和压接在基体上的金刚石表层构成。亦称为“金刚石复合片”。现在PDC钻头所用的复合片都是圆柱形的,圆柱的上表面与侧表面间的夹角是90°,因此也就决定了PDC钻头切削齿的楔角是90°。90°楔角抗冲击性好,但却不够锋利,不利于楔入那些软地层,因此这种90°楔角的钻头在软地层钻进时难以获得较高的切削效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有钻头的上述缺点,提供一种易于楔入地层而适合于钻软地层的PDC钻头。
本适合于钻软地层的PDC钻头由带有水眼的钻头体、固接在钻头体上的刀翼和焊接在刀翼上的切削齿构成,切削齿由硬质合金基体和压接在基体上的金刚石表层构成,其特征是所述的金刚石表层为内凹锥形表层。这种由内凹锥形复合片担任的切削齿较之圆柱形复合片切削齿的楔角更小,因而更锋利,在用于那些软地层切削时,更易于楔入地层而获得较高的切削效率。

具体实施方式
参见图1~2,本适合于钻软地层的PDC钻头由带有水眼6的钻头体1、固接在钻头体1上的刀翼2和焊接在刀翼上的切削齿3构成。参见图3~4,切削齿3由硬质合金基体4和压接在基体4上的内凹锥形金刚石表层5构成。为便于比对,图5给出了圆柱形切削齿的结构示意图。7是圆柱形金刚石表层。
