背景技术:
生产薄膜在放置一段时间后,容易使胶水脱落,以及在印制复合这两道工序中,由于高温、张力、牵引及膜自身分子运动,致使膜表面趋于平滑,减弱了胶水与膜的结合力,使得薄膜很容易发生掉胶。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种涂胶机电晕处理装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种涂胶机电晕处理装置,包括支架,所述支架上设有电晕辊,所述电晕辊右侧设有电晕罩,所述电晕罩下设有高压发生装置,所述电晕罩上设有电晕触头。
采用上述结构后,其有益效果是:当薄膜经过电晕辊时,高压发生装置动作,高压脉冲通过电晕罩,从电晕触头击出,产生紫色的电火花,电火花被电晕辊吸引,使电晕触头与电晕辊之间形成一道电晕,薄膜经过时,通过电火花击打后使其表面变得粗糙,增加了薄膜与胶水的结合力,基本杜绝了因膜与胶水结合力差而产生的掉胶现象,极大地提高了产品的合格率。
