针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种气门杆部数控无心磨床的主进给结构,其使得移动灵敏度好、微量进给精度高。
一种气门杆部数控无心磨床的主进给结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括伺服电机、座板,其特征在于:所述伺服电机的输出端连接所述谐波减速器的输入端,所述谐波减速器的输出端连接滚珠丝杆,所述滚珠丝杆的输出端套装有滚珠丝杆座,所述滚珠丝杆座紧固连接座板,所述滚珠丝杆的中部通过轴承支承于滚珠丝杆支撑座。
采用本实用新型的结构后,伺服电机驱动谐波减速器、滚珠丝杠后带动滚珠丝杆座移动,最终带动座板完成进给,其移动灵敏度好、微量进给精度高。
