目前,部分蓄电池厂家单格间采用穿壁焊,操作前及过程中均需要验证穿壁焊效果,检查穿壁焊焊接效果时会破坏电池壳,电池壳则无法再次利用。

本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种取代中密电池壳的穿壁焊模具,此模具可以重复使用,降低电池壳的浪费,节约制造成本和场地空间。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该穿壁焊模具包括隔板固定块、隔板、垫板、侧板和底板,两块侧板之间的底部经内六角螺栓固定底板,两块侧板之间的上部经内六角螺栓固定垫板,垫板上经内六角螺栓固定若干隔板固定块,若干隔板间隔式固定在隔板固定块、垫板、侧板上,隔板上开穿壁焊孔。
本实用新型具有以下优点:1、该穿壁焊模具可以取代大量电池壳进行穿壁焊,从而减少电池壳浪费,降低制造成本,节约了电池壳储备场地空间;2、每次使用只需要更换隔板,隔板上开相应的穿壁焊孔,一个模具配合多个规格的隔板,降低生产成本。
