本实用新型涉及焊接领域,尤其是一种埋弧自动焊焊接回转窑筒体的装置。
背景技术
埋弧焊焊接电流大,穿透力强,焊缝成型好;操作时没有弧光辐射,作业条件好,能减轻劳动强度,对焊工的技术水平要求与手工焊相比相对较低,但在施工中更多的是应用于平焊、纵焊时的施工,限制了埋弧焊焊接的应用范围。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:将待焊接筒体固定于自动埋弧焊机下方,采用旋转工件的方式来实现筒体自动焊接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:不但可以焊接自动焊接回转窑筒体,而且焊接速度快,能有效提高施工效率、焊剂的保护效果好。

具体实施方式
将自动埋弧焊机(1)安装在筒外钢管脚手架(3)操作平台上,利用回转窑已安装完毕的慢速可调辅助电机传动,使待焊接筒体(4)旋转,将待焊接筒体(4)待焊接的环向焊缝置于自动埋弧焊机(1)可焊范围进行施焊,自动埋弧焊机(1)可自动送丝、升降、左右移动,待焊接简体(4)转动速度与焊接速度同步,焊缝始终处于平置状态;焊接速度使用辅助电机调整频率来实现的,因此焊接前应对电机频率进行调试,并记录各频率时的简体转动的线速度,确保焊接速度随时可控。

1.一种埋弧自动焊焊接回转窑筒体的装置,其特征是:将待焊接筒体固定于自动埋弧焊机下方,采用旋转工件的方式来实现筒体自动焊接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种埋弧自动焊焊接回转窑筒体的装置,其特征是:将自动埋弧焊机(1)安装在筒外钢管脚手架(3)操作平台上,利用回转窑已安装完毕的慢速可调辅助电机传动,使待焊接筒体(4)旋转,将待焊接筒体(4)待焊接的环向焊缝置于自动埋弧焊机(1)可焊范围进行施焊;自动埋弧焊机(1)可自动送丝、升降、左右移动,待焊接简体(4)转动速度与焊接速度同步,焊缝始终处于平置状态。
