本新型实用装置涉及化工容器设备领域，具体涉及一种蒸汽快换扩散接头。
背景技术
在现代石油化工行业生产中，很多反应装置、搅拌装置需要对操作物料进行加热，加热介质主要有蒸汽介质和热水介质。采用蒸汽介质进行加热的优点是加热速度快，效率高，因此被广泛地应用在生产过程中。但因化工行业的操作物料多是有毒、有腐蚀的，故此蒸汽内伸接口常常很快被腐蚀掉，而不能正常使用。通常蒸汽接管是直接焊在槽体上，检修和更换相当麻烦。且蒸汽介质流速大，易对设备内零部件产生冲刷，降低其使用寿命。

为了解决现有技术中存在的技术问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，购置、维护成本低廉的蒸汽快换扩散接头。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
蒸汽快换扩散接头，其特征在于，具有接管，接管上设有套管，接管一段设有连接法兰，另一端插在喷嘴上；喷嘴内设有呈锥台状的管道，喷嘴另一端与扩散管连接，扩散管呈喇叭状。
本实用新型蒸汽快换扩散接头，结构设计简单，可对设备进行有效保护，适应性较广。

请参阅图1和2，蒸汽快换扩散接头，具有接管3，接管3上设有用于安装固定该扩散接头的套管2，接管3一段设有连接法兰1，另一端插在喷嘴4上；喷嘴4内设有呈锥台状的管道6，喷嘴4另一端与扩散管5连接，扩散管5呈喇叭状。
蒸汽由接管3的一端进入，并由扩散管5另一端排出。
