Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种风光能互补锂电池LED路灯灯座。它由灯杆、锂电池、散热对流窗、蝶形铰链、灯座、支撑肋板、内隔层组成,其特征在于灯座壳体的两边分别设有散热对流窗;灯座内部设有设内隔层,锂电池置于内隔层之上。太阳能LED路灯普遍采用的是胶体电池直接开个坑埋在地面下,不易保养,且散热的效果不佳,对电池寿命的影响也较大,防水性也较差。本实用新型将灯座与灯杆分开设置,在灯座上设置散热对流窗,灯座内设置承载电池的内隔板,解决了电池的通风、散热、防水。同时因灯座灯杆的分开设置,固而灯座大小可调,从而保证了灯座、灯杆、及锂电池的空间,增加了灯杆的稳定性。本实用新型具有设计新颖、重量轻、强度大、固定牢、易保养维护、防水较果好等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灯座,特别涉及风光能互补的锂电池作为储能装置的太阳能LED路灯灯座的设计。 
背景技术
目前,灯座锂电池式风光互补及太阳能LED路灯普遍采用的是胶体电池直接开个坑埋在地面下。由于LED路灯的电池散热特点是热传导性要好,采用这样的直接埋在地面下,不仅不易保养,且散热的效果不佳,对电池寿命的影响也较大,同时由于胶体电池直接置于地表面下,因此防水性也较差。因此本专利采用新的机构改善技术设计,使灯座锂电池式风光互补及太阳能LED路灯不使用胶体电池,改用锂电池组,且整个LED路灯的灯杆,分成灯杆和灯座,不仅造型多样化,且重量轻,强度大,固定牢,防水佳,保养易,散热好。 
发明内容
为了延长路灯使用的电池使用寿命,增强锂电池的防水效果和散热性、固定性,本实用新型提出了一种风光互补锂电池LED路灯灯座。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型解决其技术问题得出了如下技术方案:它由灯杆、锂电池、散热对流窗、蝶形铰链、灯座、支撑肋板、内隔层组成,其特征在于灯座壳体的两边分别设有散热对流窗;灯座内部设有设内隔层,锂电池置于内隔层之上。 
灯座和灯杆分开,可实现加大灯座固定在地面的范围,灯杆通过支撑肋板固定在灯座上,增加灯杆的稳定性。 
本实用新型中由于散热对流窗的设置,增加灯座壳体内部锂电池组对流式散热效果,对锂电池组散热有良好的保护,延长锂电池组的使用寿命。灯座设有置放锂电池组的隔板层,防水效果增强。灯座和灯杆分开,灯座可以配合锂电池组大小调整,且加大灯座固定在地面的范围,灯杆再固定在灯座上,加上柱体连接支撑肋板,能更加牢固。本实用新型具有设计新颖、重量轻、强度大、固定牢、易保养维护、防水较果好等优点。又因灯座在地面上,使得锂电池组不受风雨的侵蚀,因而具有防水功效,进而提高产品寿命,同时因锂电池组设置在灯座之中,保养容易且散热效果好。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,以灯座锂电池式风光互补及太阳能LED路灯为例,图中灯座5的内底面特定的区域内设有一内隔层7, 锂电池组2置于灯座5的内隔层7上,灯座5两侧或两端设有散热对流窗3。由于灯杆1的下底面柱体连接支撑肋板6,因而灯杆1的台度增大,由于锂电池组2置于灯座5的内隔层7上,风雨侵蚀不到锂电池组2,因而防水效果好。仍然是因锂电池组2置于灯座之中,由于灯座5和灯杆1分开,灯座5可以配合锂电池组2大小调整,且加大灯座5固定在地面的范围,灯杆1再固定在灯座5上,可加上柱体连接支撑肋板6,能更加牢固。本实用新型具有散热效果好,防水能力强,电池使用寿命长等优点。同时因灯座5灯杆1分开设置,固而灯座5大小可调,从而保证了灯座5、灯杆1、及锂电池组2的空间,充分解决了锂电池组2的散热效果。

1.一种风光能互补锂电池LED路灯灯座,它由灯杆、锂电池、散热对流窗、蝶形铰链、灯座、支撑肋板、内隔层组成,其特征在于灯座壳体的两边分别设有散热对流窗;灯座内部设有设内隔层,锂电池置于内隔层之上。
