目前有很多防擦条结构采用整片3M胶带与钣金装配，此方案成本高，而且产品在生产过程中也很容易变形。在装配过程中产品的间隙，面差很难控制。
发明内容
为了克服已有防擦条的成本高、容易变形的不足，本实用新型提供一种不容易变形、减低成本的防擦条结构。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种防擦条结构，所述防擦条本体的底面的上下两侧设有3M胶带，所述底面的中部并排设置至少两个安装孔，卡扣安装在所述安装孔内。
本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在：不容易变形、减低成本。

参照图1和图2，一种防擦条结构，包括防擦条本体1，所述防擦条本体的底面的上下两侧设有3M胶带2，所述底面的中部并排设置至少两个安装孔，卡扣3安装在所述安装孔内。
本实施例中，采用3M胶带+少量卡扣，可以控制成本，提高产品质量。此方案也可以满足装配性和产品变形控制。
本实用新型具有较强的装配性和产品变形控制，且结构简单，尺寸大小没有变化。本实用新型制作方便，适合工业大批量生产。
