Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种侧开集装箱门密封系统之扣合密封条，用于侧开门集装箱的密封。所述扣合密封条由左右两个密封条构成，左边的一个密封条（1）呈倒置的“P”型结构，右边的一个密封条（2）呈反置的“P”型结构，左右两个密封条扣合，扣合后使扣合密封条的左右两侧面均形成一个平面（3），扣合密封条置于所述侧开集装箱门的两侧门配合端部位。本实用新型将铰链处的密封与铰链结构做了合并，同时在集装箱侧门闭合时提供一个比较平整的平面，便于实现门上下段的密封，相比较传统的密封系统，该系统设计较为简单，单个零件承载的功能更多，有效的减少了密封条的用量，降低了安装成本，提高了密封效果。

背景技术
在本实用新型作出以前，以往侧开集装箱门密封系统是使用常规的多个密封条组合密封系统。该组合密封系统设计较为复杂，单个零件承载的功能较少，增加了密封条的用量，提高了安装成本，同进降低了密封效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种结构简单、容易实现密封、易于安装，价格适中的侧开集装箱门密封系统之复合密封条组。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种侧开集装箱门密封系统之扣合密封条组，所述扣合密封条组由左右两个密封条构成，左边的一个密封条呈倒置的“P”型结构，右边的一个密封条呈反置的“P”型结构，左右两个密封条扣合，扣合后使扣合密封条组的左右两侧面均形成一个平面，扣合密封条组置于所述侧开集装箱门的两侧门配合端部位。
本实用新型的有益效果是：

参见图1，图1为本实用新型的扣合密封条组横截面结构示意图。由图1可以看出，本实用新型的扣合密封条组，由左右两个密封条构成，左边的一个密封条1呈倒置的“P”型结构，而右边的一个密封条2呈反置的“P”型结构，左右两个密封条扣合，扣合后使扣合密封条组的左右两侧面均形成一个平面3，实现与上下两个边框上的复合密封条间的横纵搭接密封。扣合密封条组负责两组门对合时的密封。

1.一种侧开集装箱门密封系统之扣合密封条组，其特征在于：所述扣合密封条组由左右两个密封条构成，左边的一个密封条（1）呈倒置的“P”型结构，右边的一个密封条（2）呈反置的“P”型结构，左右两个密封条扣合，扣合后使扣合密封条组的左右两侧面均形成一个平面（3），扣合密封条组置于所述侧开集装箱门的两侧门配合端部位。
