一种分体式中压负荷开关环网柜,包括进线柜、计量柜、受电柜和变压器馈出柜,其特征是进线柜和计量柜均为分体设置,受电柜和变压器馈出柜为一体设置;进线柜设置与外线电缆相连接的电缆插拔头,进线柜与计量柜之间设置插拔式柜体连接件,计量柜通过电力电缆与受电柜相连,受电柜通过送电母线连接变压器馈出柜。本实用新型的优点是在满足电气设备技术要求的基础上,采用分体设置结构,不仅减少了变电所的占地面积而且减少了故障时的停电检修时间,提高了供电可靠性。在部分设备故障损坏时,可减少检修,更换设备的数量,降低维护费用,节约检修成本。

本实用新型属于一种变电站电力设施,特别是一种分体式中压负荷开关环网柜。
背景技术
原有中压负荷开关柜有两种形式,或是断路器开关中置手车柜或是负荷开关环网柜,但中置手车柜占地面积较大,负荷开关环网柜虽然占地面积小,但属共气箱一体柜,若其中某个开关或部件故障需整体停电检修或更换,造成长时间停电,影响供电可靠性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种分体式中压负荷开关环网柜,在满足电气设备各项要求的基础上,合理布置负荷开关柜内配电装置,使各个柜体在保证功能的前提下可以采用插接方式连接,在某一台柜体发生故障时可以只检修或更换此台柜体,既减少了检修、更换设备时间,缩短停电时间,提高供电可靠性,又降低设备维护费用,减少了检修、更换设备的成本。
本实用新型的技术方案如下;包括进线柜、计量柜、受电柜和变压器馈出柜,其特征是:进线柜和计量柜均为分体设置,受电柜和变压器馈出柜为一体设置;进线柜设置与外线电缆相连接的电缆插拔头,进线柜与计量柜之间设置插拔式柜体连接件,计量柜通过电力电缆与受电柜相连,受电柜通过送电母线连接变压器馈出柜。
本实用新型的优点是:在满足电气设备技术要求的基础上,采用分体设置结构,不仅减少了变电所的占地面积而且减少了故障时的停电检修时间,提高了供电可靠性。在部分设备故障损坏时,可减少检修,更换设备的数量,降低维护费用,节约检修成本。

具体实施方式
见图1,本实用新型具体结构如下:进线柜A和计量柜B均为分体设置,受电柜C和变压器馈出柜D为一体设置;进线柜A设置与外线电缆相连接的电缆插拔头1,同时进线柜A还设置有指示是否已得电的带电显示器2,在柜体外的运行维护人员即可判断电源是否已送电;进线柜A与计量柜B之间设置插拔式柜体连接件3,经过插拔式柜体连接件3将进线柜A与计量柜B相连,使计量柜B得电;计量柜B内设置相连接的电流互感器4与电压互感器5,计量柜B通过电流互感器4与电压互感器5采集的数据至智能计量表计,进行电能考核与计量;计量柜B通过电力电缆6与受电柜C相连,受电柜C内设置避雷器7和负荷开关8,受电柜内经避雷器7保护,通过负荷开关8将电送入母线,即给变压器馈出柜D 送电,受电柜C与变压器馈出柜D 为一体式。本实用新型中的柜体连接件3与电力电缆6都可实现在单个柜体出现故障时,将部分柜体单独切除,不影响其他柜体供电。

1. 一种分体式中压负荷开关环网柜,包括进线柜、计量柜、受电柜和变压器馈出柜,其特征是:进线柜和计量柜均为分体设置,受电柜和变压器馈出柜为一体设置;进线柜设置与外线电缆相连接的电缆插拔头,进线柜与计量柜之间设置插拔式柜体连接件,计量柜通过电力电缆与受电柜相连,受电柜通过送电母线连接变压器馈出柜。
