背景技术
正时指针有两种类型：一是装配在飞轮壳上端与飞轮上刻线配用；二是装配在齿轮室盖上与曲轴皮带轮配用。装配在齿轮室盖上正时指针的长度不是随意设计的，太长了易与松动的柴油机皮带干涉；太短了会造成无法看清指针对齐的刻线，导致供油提前角判断错误，导致柴油机燃烧恶化，影响发动机整体性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种保证了指针不会与皮带干涉，而且确保了供油提前角的准确性的正时指针。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种正时指针，包括指针体，所述指针体的侧壁上设有外螺纹，所述指针体的侧壁上旋合有定位台阶式六角螺母。
本实用新型设计为了解决以上提及的问题，在原有指针的基础上加设定位螺母，主要防止装配过程中旋入长度过长或过短，起到一定的定位作用，不仅保证了指针不会与皮带干涉，而且确保了供油提前角的准确性；同时此定位螺母可以使用普通扳手或装配专用套筒操作，造作简单；为了方便批量装配特在定位螺母上端加工螺纹，此设计可配用又一装配专用套筒作业，实现了装配工具的多样化，提高了工作效率。
