背景技术
现有的塑胶双壁波纹管道为内壁平滑、外壁为波纹形状的结构,外壁的波谷段与内壁之间通过高温挤压粘合为一体。在特殊工程中环刚度要求较高时,这种结构的塑胶双壁波纹管道就会被压扁,无法满足工程要求。

本实用新型为了解决现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种抗压性能强的带纵横加强筋的塑胶双壁波纹管道。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种带纵横加强筋的塑胶双壁波纹管道,包括由波峰段和波谷段组成的波纹外壁,所述波纹外壁的波峰段和/或波谷段上轴向表面设有横加强筋,横加强筋与波纹管道轴向的夹角为0度或锐角。 
所述波纹外壁的波峰段和/或波谷段上径向圆周面上设有与横加强筋交叉的纵加强筋,纵加强筋与波纹管道轴向的夹角为90度或锐角。 
所述每个纵加强筋为连续的圆环形或由至少两节间断的弧线段构成的圆环形。 
所述每个横加强筋为连续或间断的曲线形状。 
采用上述技术方案,在波纹外壁的波峰段和/或波谷段上轴向表面设有横加强筋以及径向圆周面上设有与横加强筋交叉的纵加强筋,使整个管道的环刚度大大增强,充分满足特殊工程对塑胶管道环刚度要求高的需求。 
根据特殊工程队环刚度的不同要求,可以将每个纵加强筋设置为连续的圆环形或由至少两节间断的弧线段构成的圆环形,以及将每个横加强筋设置为连续或间断的曲线形状。这样可以节约材料、降低成本。

如图1所示,本实用新型的一种带纵横加强筋的塑胶双壁波纹管道,包括由波峰段1和波谷段2组成的波纹外壁,波纹外壁的波峰段1和/或波谷段2上轴向表面设有横加强筋3,横加强筋3与波纹管道轴向的夹角为0度或锐角,优选0度。波纹外壁的波峰段1和/或波谷段2上径向圆周面上设有与横加强筋3交叉的纵加强筋4,纵加强筋与波纹管道轴向的夹角为90度或锐角,优选90度。每个纵加强筋4为连续的圆环形或由至少两节间断的弧线段构成的圆环形。每个横加强筋3为连续或间断的曲线形状。横加强筋3和纵加强筋4的截面形状为圆形、矩形、抛物线形、椭圆形、双曲线形或圆弧形。每一条横加强筋3在波峰段1和波谷段2表面也可以连续沿轴向延伸。 
当然,可以在波纹外壁的波峰段1和/或波谷段2的局部设置横加强筋3,例如,横加强筋3整体形成半圆状,横加强筋3的宽度、相邻两个横加强筋3的间距可根据特殊工程对塑胶管道环刚度要求进行设置。可以在波纹外壁的波峰段1和/或波谷段2的局部设置纵加强筋4,例如,纵加强筋4整体形成半圆状,纵加强筋4的宽度可根据特殊工程对塑胶管道环刚度要求进行设置。上述这些变换同样属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种带纵横加强筋的塑胶双壁波纹管道,包括由波峰段和波谷段组成的波纹外壁,其特征在于:所述波纹外壁的波峰段和/或波谷段上轴向表面设有横加强筋,横加强筋与波纹管道轴向的夹角为0度或锐角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带纵横加强筋的塑胶双壁波纹管道,其特征在于:所述波纹外壁的波峰段和/或波谷段上径向圆周面上设有与横加强筋交叉的纵加强筋,纵加强筋与波纹管道轴向的夹角为90度或锐角。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带纵横加强筋的塑胶双壁波纹管道,其特征在于:所述每个纵加强筋为连续的圆环形或由至少两节间断的弧线段构成的圆环形。
