技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种工业用管材,尤其涉及一种外方内圆双壁波纹管材。
背景技术
目前电力电缆、通信护套等领域的管材一般为聚丙烯单壁波纹管和HDPE双壁波纹管,它们的结构均为圆形,其中聚丙烯单壁波纹管存在如下的缺点:1、因其为圆形结构,管材在安装时需加装管枕,以使其能够固定(圆管在层层叠放时,如不加装外部为方形的管枕,管材就会滚动,造成不能安装),因此,管材施工较繁琐,人力成本高,效率低下,加之因使用额外的管枕,因此又提高了成本;2、因系圆形结构,它的垂直面承受力不如方形管材,因此抗压强度略差;3、因系单层结构,在承受力上有结构缺陷,环刚度相对较低,管材的纵向强度也不高,容易弯曲;4、由于其内外壁都为波纹形,如在施工时出现石子卡在波槽中,会造成电缆被刮伤或无法穿越;5、由于其只有一层壁,因此抗冲击破坏性与双壁波纹管材相比有很大差距。
HDPE双壁波纹管存在如下的缺点:1、因其为圆形结构,管材在安装时需加装管枕,以使其能够固定(圆管在层层叠放时,如不加装外部为方形的管枕,管材就会滚动,造成不能安装),因此,管材施工较繁琐,人力成本高,效率低下,加之因使用额外的管枕,因此又提高了成本;2、因系圆形结构,它的垂直面承受力不如方形管材,因此抗压强度略差;3、HDPE材质较软,环刚度低;4、维卡温度较低,不能满足电力对高安全性的要求;5、因HDPE材料抗拉强度低,无法应用于非开挖施工。    
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种施工便捷性好、纵向强度高、抗压强度高,抗拉力强,且满足非开挖施工要求的外方内圆双壁波纹管材。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种外方内圆双壁波纹管材,包括外层和内层,所述外层和内层之间通过热熔熔接在一起,其特征在于:所述外层为波纹结构层,内层加工为平壁结构层,外层的波谷处为圆弧形与内层熔接,外层的波峰处为方形,方形的边角处加工为圆角。
所述外层的厚度为2-7mm。
所述内层的厚度为2-7mm。
所述外层和内层均为改性聚丙烯结构层。
所述波纹状外层的波峰宽度为10-45mm。
所述波纹状外层的波谷弧形半径为5-12mm。
本实用新型方形双壁波纹管材有如下优点:1、由于外形为方形,因此安装施工性好,可不需另装管枕,只需用绳子捆扎即可,节省人力及材料成本,施工效率提高,综合造价降低;2、由于内层为平壁、光滑结构层,与外层形成稳定的三角形,从而可极大提升管材的抗压强度及管材纵向弯曲强度,3、因外层为方形结构,内层为圆形结构,很好的借鉴了两种结构的承受力优势,比如:方形外层能够提高了管材的垂直面抗压强度,而内层的圆形结构,则很好的分散了来自360度方向的外力,因此,管材的抗压强度得到极大提高;4、因内层为平壁结构,如有异物在管内,可方便清除,因此可避免因有异物造成电缆刮伤或无法穿越等事件;5、因选用耐热性好和抗拉强度高的改性聚丙烯或改性聚乙烯材料,因此管材的耐热性好且可满足非开挖;6、因管材为双壁结构,因此其抗冲击破坏性良好。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来对本实用新型进行详细的说明。
请参阅图1、2所示,是本实用新型所述的一种外方内圆双壁波纹管材,包括外层1、和内层2,所述外层1和内层2之间通过热熔熔接在一起,外层1为圆-方交错的波纹或螺纹结构层,内层2加工为平壁结构层,外层的波谷处为圆弧形与内层熔接,外层的波峰处为方形,方形的边角处加工为圆角。
外层1的厚度为2~7mm,采用经改性的强度优良的改性聚丙烯材料或其它改性材料,可以提高抗外压强度,其结构为圆-方交错的波纹结构,起到增强的作用,外层1与内层2形成稳定的三角形,从而可极大提升管材的抗压强度及管材弯曲强度,所述波纹状的外层1的波峰宽度为10-45mm,波谷的弧形半径为5-12mm。
内层2的厚度为2-7mm,采用润滑性优良的改性聚丙烯材料或其它改性材料,其结构为平壁结构,起到加固波形和降低摩擦系数的作用,从而在达到同等强度时更节省材料,并且提高施工效率。
本实用新型外方内圆双壁波纹管材的生产方法为:用A挤出机挤出外层,同时用B挤出机挤出内层,而后流经定型水套和圆-方交错的定型模块定型成圆-方交错的外方内圆的双壁波纹管材,两层之间在高温的作用下均能牢固粘合形成整体,本实用新型的外层和内层可以为改性聚丙烯或者其它改性材料结构层,也可采用两种不同功能的可互相熔接的不同材料。

1.一种外方内圆双壁波纹管材,包括外层和内层,所述外层和内层之间通过热熔熔接在一起,其特征在于:所述外层为波纹结构层,内层加工为平壁结构层,外层的波谷处为圆弧形与内层熔接,外层的波峰处为方形,方形的边角处加工为圆角。

6.根据权利要求1所述的外方内圆双壁波纹管材,其特征在于:所述波纹状外层的波谷弧形半径为5-12mm。
