本实用新型涉及一种纺织机械装置，特别涉及一种无边络筒。
背景技术
在纺织生产过程中，络筒是纺织前准备工作的第一道工序，是将管纱或绞纱在络筒机上加工成符合一定要求的筒子，供下一道工序如整经、摇纱、捻线、卷纬等使用。络筒是形成筒子必不可少的工件，其一般是一个圆筒形筒身，筒身两端有边盘。有边盘的络筒常用来平行卷绕，卷绕的纱圈不能高于边盘高度，否则纱线极易从络筒两端滑脱。而且，在将有边盘的络筒上的纱线退绕的时候，容易引起纱线张力波动，增加断头。同时，由于目前的络筒都是由铝合金材料制成，不仅浪费了金属材料，而且由于筒身很重，在生产过程中驱动其旋转很是耗电。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种无边络筒，重量轻，使用时节省能耗，可以使用交叉卷绕，增加卷绕纱线长度。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种无边络筒，包括筒身，所述筒身两端口设有外翻的凸缘。
凸缘的外径大于筒身外径3-5毫米。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下优点：
一、省电：和传统的有边络筒成形相比，由于没有了边盘，在与有边铝管卷绕同样重量化纤丝的情况下，在包覆机上使用时，有效地避免了无益耗电，从而达到节电的目的，降低了生产成本。
二、提高工效：由于没有了边盘的约束，同传统有边络筒成形比较起来，在卷绕直径上不再受到限制，可以交叉卷绕，因此可以卷绕出比相应的有边铝管更多的化纤丝（且容易退绕），可以大大延长在包覆机上的使用时间，不仅减少了纱线的接头，更重要的是可以保证一个人工能够操作更多的机台，有力地提高了工效。
三、简化了铝管规格，有利于生产上对铝管的利用效率，减少了厂家在铝管上的费用投入；同时由于体积大大减小，可以节省大量生产用地，便于周转和运输。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括筒身，所述筒身1两端口设有外翻的凸缘2。
凸缘2的外径大于筒身1外径3毫米。
使用本实用新型进行络纱时，卷绕纱线可以绕成两面锥形，易于退绕，且绕线长度变长，增加筒管绕线时间，减少了人工更换络筒的次数。
