本实用新型涉及输送设备领域，具体为一种胶面链板。
背景技术
因为塑料的耐磨性能不好，输送链板行业内，一般通过直接在塑料链板上设置橡胶层，但是塑料和橡胶层的粘接性不好，使用不长时间，橡胶层就会脱落，造成了极大的浪费，增加了成本，降低了生产、效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种橡胶层不易脱落的输送链板。
实现上述目的的技术方案是: 胶面链板，包括塑料链板本体，其特征在于：在塑料链板本体上设有凹槽，凹槽内设有扣件，凹槽内注塑有聚丙烯，聚丙烯通过凹槽内的扣件与塑料链板本体固定连接，在聚丙烯上注塑有橡胶层。
本实用型新型通过物理手段在塑料链板本体上注塑聚丙烯，然后再聚丙烯上再注塑橡胶层，因为聚丙烯与橡胶层的粘接性较好，橡胶层不易脱落，延长了输送链板的使用寿命，降低了成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示，本实用新型包括塑料链板本体1，在塑料链板本1体上设有凹槽2，凹槽2内设有扣件3，凹槽2内注塑有聚丙烯4，聚丙烯4通过凹槽2内的扣件3与塑料链板本体1固定连接，在聚丙烯4上注塑有橡胶层5。
