本实用新型公开了一种用于输送异质结太阳能电池片的传送带,包括传送辊和载物带,所述载物带两边设有若干支撑柱,所述支撑柱表面包覆有高分子聚合物层,支撑柱顶端面积为0.5~1.0cm2。本实用新型在载物带两边设置了用于支撑电池片的支撑柱,运行时由多个支撑柱托起待烘干的电池片,由于支撑一个电池片的支撑柱与电池片接触面积大幅减小,减小了烘干后电池片的带履印面积,减少了电池片的效率损失。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种输送物料的传送带,特别是涉及一种用于输送异质结太阳能电池片的传送带。 
背景技术
太阳能异质结电池片生产过程中的一个环节为对电池基片进行丝网印刷,而后进入烘箱烘干。现有的烘箱大多数为隧道炉式烘箱,在这种烘箱内进行烘干操作,需要将印刷好的电池片放在传送带上,由传送带将电池片送入烘箱内部完成烘干。由于传送带是承载的尚未干燥透彻的电池片,电池片与传送带的接触使得电池片在烘干后会留下带履印,带履印的大小直接影响了电池片的效率。因此现有传送带通常采用网状铝带,网状的铝带很大程度上减小了与电池片的接触面积,而且网状铝带的网眼分布均匀,虽然网眼密度不高,但是烘干后留下的带履印仍然会遍布整个电池片从而影响电池片效率。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于输送异质结太阳能电池片的传送带,以减少与电池片的直接接触,进而减小电池片烘干后带履印面积,提高效率。 
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:一种用于输送异质结太阳能电池片的传送带,包括传送辊和载物带,其特征在于:所述载物带两边设有若干支撑柱,所述支撑柱表面包覆有高分子聚合物层,支撑柱顶端面积为0.5~1.0cm2。 
优选地,所述支撑柱为圆柱体或者长方体。 
优选地,所述支撑柱的高度为0.5~1.0cm。 
优选地,所述支撑柱间距为0.8~1.2cm。 
本实用新型所提供的技术方案的优点在于,在载物带两边设置了用于支撑电池片的支撑柱,运行时由多个支撑柱托起待烘干的电池片,随着载物带的移动,电池片在烘箱内完成烘干,由于支撑一个电池片的支撑柱与电池片接触面积大幅减小,因此烘干后电池片的带履印面积同样减小,减少了电池片的效率损失。

请参见图1,用于输送异质结太阳能电池片的传送带,包括传送辊1和载物带2,载物带1两边设有若干支撑柱3,支撑柱3表面包覆有高分子聚合物层4, 支撑柱3顶端面积为0.5~1.0cm2,支撑柱3为长方体,也可以选择如圆柱体等其他形状,支撑柱3的高度为0.5~1.0cm,排布间距为0.8~1.2cm。丝网印刷后的电池片5由吸孔机械手吸附并运送至传送带初始段,若干支撑柱3接触电池片5并将其托起,而后电池片5随传送带送入烘箱内进行烘干。

1.一种用于输送异质结太阳能电池片的传送带,包括传送辊(1)和载物带(2),其特征在于:所述载物带(2)两边设有若干支撑柱(3),所述支撑柱(3)表面包覆有高分子聚合物层(4),支撑柱(3)顶端面积为0.5~1.0cm2
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于输送异质结太阳能电池片的传送带,其特征在于:所述支撑柱(3)为圆柱体或者长方体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于输送异质结太阳能电池片的传送带,其特征在于:所述支撑柱(3)的高度为0.5~1.0cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于输送异质结太阳能电池片的传送带,其特征在于:所述支撑柱(3)间距为0.8~1.2cm。
