Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种陶瓷刀表面精加工平面磨床。普通的平面磨床，只有一个金刚石砂轮，只能进行一次打磨，需要多次打磨的时候要更换金刚石砂轮，本实用新型采用三个目数不相同的金刚石砂轮，可以进行多次磨削，根据需要的精度转换砂轮，解决了更换金刚石砂轮的烦恼，减少了更换的时间，提高了陶瓷刀表面精加工的效率。

背景技术
以现有的陶瓷刀生产流程，陶瓷刀粗加工完表面粗糙，需要精加工，陶瓷刀表面精加工平面磨床有利于表面光滑，使得陶瓷刀表面更加精细，线条平稳。普通的平面磨床，只有一个金刚石砂轮，只能进行一次打磨，需要多次打磨的时候要更换金刚石砂轮。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种陶瓷刀表面精加工平面磨床，可以对陶瓷刀表面进行三次磨削，从而达到陶瓷刀表面光洁度增加，提高了产品的质量。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
陶瓷刀表面精加工平面磨床，其中：Ⅰ号金刚石砂轮通过Ⅰ号活动支架设于工作台之上；Ⅱ号金刚石砂轮通过Ⅱ号活动支架设于工作台之上；Ⅲ号金刚石砂轮通过Ⅲ号活动支架设于工作台之上，陶瓷刀位于工作台的上表面，工作台设于平面磨床之上，传动带位于工作台与平面磨床之间。
本实用新型的优点在于：本装置采用三个目数不相同的金刚石砂轮，可以进行多次磨削，根据需要的精度转换砂轮，解决了更换金刚石砂轮的烦恼，减少了更换的时间，提高了陶瓷刀表面精加工的效率。

具体实施方式
实施例1、陶瓷刀表面精加工平面磨床，其中：Ⅰ号金刚石砂轮1通过Ⅰ号活动支架8设于工作台4之上；Ⅱ号金刚石砂轮2通过Ⅱ号活动支架9设于工作台4之上；Ⅲ号金刚石砂轮3通过Ⅲ号活动支架10设于工作台4之上，陶瓷刀5位于工作台4的上表面，工作台4设于平面磨床7之上，传动带6位于工作台4与平面磨床7之间。
工作原理：
首先将陶瓷刀5固定在工作台4上，工作台4通过传动带6可以进行传动，传动带6固定在平面磨床7上，在陶瓷刀5上方有三个支架，每个支架上分别连接有金刚石砂轮，Ⅰ号活动支架8连接的Ⅰ号金刚石砂轮为60目，Ⅱ号活动支架9连接的Ⅱ号金刚石砂轮2为180目，、Ⅲ号活动支架10连接的Ⅲ号金刚石砂轮3为350目，可以根据需要的精度进行金刚石砂轮的转换，然后进行磨削，磨削完后传动带6可以将陶瓷刀5传动到下到工序。

1.陶瓷刀表面精加工平面磨床，其中：Ⅰ号金刚石砂轮（1）通过Ⅰ号活动支架（8）设于工作台（4）之上；Ⅱ号金刚石砂轮（2）通过Ⅱ号活动支架（9）设于工作台（4）之上；Ⅲ号金刚石砂轮（3）通过Ⅲ号活动支架（10）设于工作台（4）之上，陶瓷刀（5）位于工作台（4）的上表面，工作台（4）设于平面磨床（7）之上，传动带（6）位于工作台（4）与平面磨床（7）之间。
