背景技术:
骨科医生向患者脊柱内植入椎弓根螺钉时需要倾斜角度,在影像资料上可以获得需要倾斜的角度,但在手术过程中没有专用器械能够标示指导需要倾斜的角度,只能目测判断倾斜角度进行植入螺钉,因而存在着椎弓根螺钉植入角度误差大、成功率低、容易损伤周围重要组织器官、手术占用时间长等问题。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了解决骨科医生向患者脊柱内植入椎弓根螺钉时,没有专用器械标示指导倾斜角度的问题;本实用新型由横杆、量角器A、量角器B、滑轨、滑块、直角拐组成,量角器A和量角器B固定连接在横杆上,滑轨在横杆内,滑块可在滑轨内滑动,直角拐连接在滑块上;使用时将量角器A和量角器B的尖端放置在椎弓根螺钉植入点上,用量角器A和量角器B的角度刻度标示指导螺钉需要倾斜的角度,因而能够准确标示指导椎弓根螺钉植入角度。

具体实施方式:
使用时,医生手握横杆1将量角器A2和量角器B3的尖端放置在椎弓根螺钉植入点,滑动滑块5在滑轨4内移动,使直角拐6贴近脊柱椎弓连线,调正椎弓根螺钉植入导引器的位置,根据影像资料上获得的椎弓根螺钉需要倾斜的角度,以量角器A2和量角器B3上的角度刻度为参考倾斜椎弓根螺钉,即可使螺钉植入角度准确无误,避免损伤周围重要组织和器官。

1.脊柱椎弓根螺钉植入角度导引器,其特征在于,它由横杆(1)、量角器A(2)、量角器B(3)、滑轨(4)、滑块(5)、直角拐(6)组成,量角器A(2)和量角器B(3)固定连接在横杆(1)上,滑轨(4)在横杆(1)内,滑块(5)可在滑轨(4)内滑动,直角拐(6)连接在滑块(5)上。
