辐照盒是一种高真空设备,对真空度的要求很高。同时,辐照盒又是由多个零件组装而成的,因此对其密封方式有很高的要求。在上、下方法兰结合处,我们采用在两个平面之间填放金属丝的方法,在上下平面挤压变形后,即可完成真空密封。
