Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种压力紧固管道连接装置。本实用新型装置由一个密封套体和两个密封环体组成,密封套体两端外周面呈中心对称的二阶的阶梯形状,密封套体外周面中部环形带为环形凹槽结构,两个密封环体分别套于密封套体两端,所述密封环体内周面呈一阶的阶梯形状;密封套体两端的内壁依次固定第一密封圈和第二密封圈;与第二密封圈位置相对应的密封套体外壁设置环形突起。本实用新型适用于各类工、民、建工程的各种外径规格和各类材质管道及输送各类介质管道的连接,铸铁材质除外。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及管道连接领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种通过压力紧固实现的管道连接装置。 
背景技术
管道连接普遍使用的是焊接等传统工艺。传统工艺其工序繁多、要求严格、特殊材质的管道连接需使用特殊的设备及辅助的材料、施工作业效率低、能源消耗高、污染排放大、不安全隐患多、易损害人身健康等情况,已不适合当今社会发展的各项要求,尤其是国际日益关注的对人身安全和人类生存环境保护及减少能源消耗的要求。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种压力紧固管道连接装置。 
本实用新型压力紧固管道连接装置,通过下述技术方案予以实现,本装置由一个密封套体和两个密封环体组成,密封套体两端外周面呈中心对称的二阶的阶梯形状,密封套体外周面中部环形带为环形凹槽结构,两个密封环体分别套于密封套体两端,所述密封环体内周面呈一阶的阶梯形状;密封套体两端的内壁依次固定第一密封圈和第二密封圈;与第二密封圈位置相对应的密封套体外壁设置环形突起。 
本实用新型装置结构,属于SWAGE类型的一种通过压力紧固,将管道连接在一起的管道连接装置。 
其具有如下技术效果: 
1. 适用于各类工、民、建工程的各种外径规格和各类材质管道及输送各类介质管道的连接。(铸铁材质除外)
2. 装置结构和其连接部位的物理、化学、力学的性能及密闭、耐压标准等要求,均符合被连接管道的行业或企业的技术要求。
3. 安装施工前无需对管道及其连接部位进行工艺加工和各种处理。安装施工后无需对管道及其连接部位进行任何方式的加工、检验和处理。只需在系统管道全部连接完成后,统一进行试压检验即可。 
4. 安装施工使用轻巧灵活的专用液压工具,操作简便快捷,作业效率高、不受其环境、条件的限制和约束,对操作人员没有特殊要求,不使用其它设备和能源,没有任何污染 和不安全隐患及对人身健康的损害。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述。 
如图1所示,本装置由一个密封套体1和两个密封环体2-1、2-2组成;密封套体两端外周面呈中心对称的二阶的阶梯形状,密封套体外周面中部环形带为环形凹槽结构,两个密封环体分别套于密封套体两端,所述密封环体内周面呈一阶的阶梯形状;密封套体两端的内壁依次固定第一密封圈7和第二密封圈6;与第二密封圈位置相对应的密封套体外壁设置环形突起5;被连接的管道3-1、3-2从两端进入密封套体,于套体中部障碍点4触碰并保持一定的连接长度。连接时在密封环体外表面设置一个施压机构,由液压工具对该机构施加外力,通过轴向的加力挤压,密封环体随之轴向运动并缩小变形,先后挤压套体环形突起5、第一密封圈7, 套体上的两道密封圈6、7受压并随之缩小变形,挤压被连接管线的外表面,产生过盈配合达到管道密封及坚固连接。

1.一种压力紧固管道连接装置,其特征是,所述装置由一个密封套体和两个密封环体组成,密封套体两端外周面呈中心对称的二阶的阶梯形状,密封套体外周面中部环形带为环形凹槽结构,两个密封环体分别套于密封套体两端,所述密封环体内周面呈一阶的阶梯形状;密封套体两端的内壁依次固定第一密封圈和第二密封圈;与第二密封圈位置相对应的密封套体外壁设置环形突起。
