目前,止回阀结构形式各式各样,有启闭式止回阀的形式,也有外置缓冲缸形式,但都就需要一种液体才能够完成阀门关闭时的缓冲,消除破坏性水锤,以保障供水管道设施的运行安全可靠性。但往往由于液压管路的泄漏或阻塞,失去应有的功能。一般的止回阀没有限定流量的功能。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种止回阀的阀瓣,结构设计合理,制作方便,具有限定最大流量的功能,密封效果提高。

一种止回阀的阀瓣,包括有圆锥形的阀瓣体,阀瓣体与阀体的圆锥形进水口相配合,阀瓣体端部连接有导向杆,导向杆上设有凸圈,凸圈外侧的导向杆上套装有弹簧,弹簧的另一端顶置于阀体的内壁上。
所述的圆锥形的阀瓣体内具有空腔。
