本实用新型属于一种建筑装饰材料,尤其涉及一种建筑墙面装饰用贴面板。
背景技术
铝板可以作为建筑墙面装饰用的贴面,为了避免铝板表面的腐蚀现象及增加铝板的美观程度,可以在铝板表面涂漆,但是漆面容易受到紫外线及湿热等外部环境变化的影响而被破坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种建筑装饰贴面用烤瓷铝板,其目的是解决现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种可以使铝板及其颜色作为建筑装饰贴面的寿命更长,外观可选择性更多且外观稳定。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
建筑装饰贴面用烤瓷铝板,其特征在于:具有铝板本体,铝板本体的外表面为表面粗糙度4级到6级的磨砂层,磨砂层外烤瓷式覆着有内含纳米二氧化硅的涂料层。
上述技术方案的有益之处在于:
本实用新型的铝板本体外表面设置了合适粗糙度的磨砂层,使内含纳米二氧化硅的涂料层经过涂覆再烤瓷后与磨砂层的凹凸结构结合能够更紧密地附着在铝板本体的外表面上,而纳米二氧化硅可以使涂料层比普通漆面具有更长的寿命,涂膜的色彩选择性也比漆面多而且稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的铝板本体1,铝板本体1的外表面为表面粗糙度4级到6级(也即Ra=3.2μm-Ra12.5μm)的磨砂层2,磨砂层2可以经过喷砂处理得到,磨砂层2外覆着有内含纳米二氧化硅的涂料层3。涂料中纳米二氧化硅的添加量为0.5%-10%。(图中放大了磨砂层2和涂料层3的比例)。涂料层3是先涂覆在磨砂层2上,再以820摄氏度高温烤瓷加工固化,从而与涂料层2与磨砂层2以烤瓷式牢固覆着。
纳米二氧化硅添加到涂料中可提高涂料的耐擦洗性、强度、硬度等。在涂料中添加少量纳米二氧化硅,涂料的抗紫外线老化试验性能可由原来的250h提高到600h以上,耐擦洗性提高10倍以上,干燥时间大幅度降低,而且原料存在的悬浮稳定性差、触变性差、光洁度不高等问题也得到很好的解决,涂料不分层、防流挂、施工性良好,抗污性大大提高,并具有优良的自洁性和附着力。
其优点具体如下:
1、耐洗刷:耐洗刷性由几千次提高到上万次
2、耐候性:耐候性可提高3倍左右,添加一定量的纳米二氧化硅可使传统涂料产品的抗紫外老化性能由原先的250h提高到600h以上。
3、耐玷污性和自洁性:研究表明,通过如下途径可提高涂膜的耐沾污性和自洁性,一是利用纳米二氧化硅的多微孔结构,在涂膜表面形成纳米尺度范围内几何形状互补的(如凸与凹相间)界面结构,使其吸附空气而在表面形成一层稳定的气体阻隔膜;二是对纳米二氧化硅粒子进行表面处理,使其表面呈现双亲性或双疏性,有效改善雨水对建筑涂料涂膜表面的润湿以及粉尘的附着性,提高涂膜的耐沾污性和自洁能力。
4、抗菌性:在涂料中,当纳米二氧化硅的添加量超过0.5%时,涂料表现出明显的抗菌效果。
5、疏水防腐性:纳米二氧化硅的疏水防腐蚀涂料,不仅具有良好的附着性、耐蚀性,而且具有高的致密性及抗离子的渗透性。
6、透明性:纳米二氧化硅可保证纳米改性涂料的透明性。利用纳米二氧化硅可制得高耐磨透明涂料,使其耐磨性比原来提高10倍以上。
7、硬度:当纳米二氧化硅粒子在有机材料中呈均匀而单个颗粒分散时,纳米粒子如同刚性链条一样对有机材料起增强作用,从而提高紫外光固化涂料的涂膜硬度,最高可达2.5倍以上。
8、热稳定性:在紫外光固化涂料中,纳米二氧化硅能提高涂膜的玻璃化温度。
9、粘度:纳米二氧化硅的加入可显著提高涂料的粘度。
10、耐高温:由于烤瓷加工后涂料层瓷化,因此可以耐极高温度,防火性好。
