本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型充棉机，它不会发生堵塞、卡机的现象，提高了生产进度，节约时间。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用如下技术方案：它包含机架1、搅拌仓2、搅拌装置3、充棉进口4、充棉仓5、充棉出口6，机架1的上侧设置有搅拌仓2，搅拌仓2内设置有搅拌装置3，搅拌仓2的左上侧设置有充棉进口4，搅拌仓2的下侧设置有充棉仓5，充棉仓5通过管道与充棉出口6连接，它还包含过滤器7、光控检测装置8，过滤器7设置在搅拌仓2与充棉仓5之间，过滤器7的左侧设置有拉门7-1，光控检测装置8设置在充棉出口6上。
本实用新型通过过滤器7对产品中的杂质进行筛选，杂物可以从拉门7-1处排除，通过光控检测装置8检测杂物，还可以自动停止与复位限制开松机，保证了开松机不会造成卡机的现象。
