本实用新型属于电机制造模具领域,涉及一种具有通用模架和对模销的单槽冲模具,尤其适于电机冲片的冲制。 
背景技术
电机是一种应用很广的装置,在我们的工作和生活中是随处可见的,家庭中风扇、空调、洗衣机的运转就离不开电机,工厂中各种设备的运行都是由电机来驱动的。 
电机是一种能量转化装置,将电能和转化为机械能的称为电动机,将机械能转化为电能的称为发电机,例如风力发电机。电机效率的提高对于节能减排具有重要的作用,电机冲片是电机制造中工作量最大、技术要求最严的部分,冲片质量的好坏直接决定了电机效率的高低,而模具质量对冲片质量具有很大影响,因此选择好的模具是很重要的。 
目前普遍使用的单槽冲模具,结构简单,定位精度不高,尺寸稳定性差,而且模具使用过程中刃口容易出现崩角碎裂,冲压不同槽型的冲片时更换模具费时,操作繁琐。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题在于,克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有通用模架和对模销的单槽冲模具,是一种具有通用、快速更换的模架和对模销的单槽冲模具,上模架垫板上分布有许多位置经过仔细计算销孔,不同位置的销孔组合可以和不同尺寸大小的凸模固定板配合,保证了模架的通用性。通过销孔确定凸模固定板位置的方法,也大大减少了调试配合所需要的时间。采用对模销来调整凹凸模的配合间隙,凸模固定板和凹模板上具有位置一致的对模销孔,对模销在安装模具时和这两个板上的对模销孔配合,可以保证凸模和凹模的配合间隙均匀,保证冲裁出的产品尺寸稳定,冲片毛刺大小均匀,提高了产品精度,同时也大大减小了模具刃口崩裂的几率,延长了模具使用寿命。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的: 
依据本实用新型提供的一种具有通用模架和对模销的单槽冲模具,包括上模架、上模架垫板、凸模固定板、凸模、卸料板、卸料弹簧、凹模板、凹模垫板、下模架和下模架垫板,所述的上模架垫板固装在上模架下,凸模固定板固装在上模架垫板下,凸模装在凸模固定板上,卸料板和凸模固定板通过螺栓连接,两者之间装有卸料弹簧,上模架垫板上设有多个销孔,不同的销孔组合可以和不同尺寸大小的凸模固定板配合;下模架固装下模架垫板上,凹模垫板固装在下模架上,凹模板装在凹模垫板上;凸模固定板上设有凸模对模销孔一、凸模对模销孔二,凹模板上设有凹模对模销孔一、凹模对模销孔二,凸模对模销孔一与凹模对模销孔一的位置相互对应,且大小相同,凸模对模销孔二与凹模对模销孔二的位置相互对应,且大小相同;对模销一装在凸模对模销孔一内,与凹模对模销孔一相配合;对模销二装在凸模对模销孔二内,与凹模对模销孔二相配合。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有显著的优点和有益效果: 
本实用新型采用了对模销来调整凹凸模的配合间隙,凸模固定板和凹模板上具有位置一致且大小相同的对模销孔,对模销和这两个板上的对模销孔配合后,可以保证凸模和凹模的配合间隙均匀,间隙均匀了,就能够保证冲裁出的产品尺寸稳定,冲片毛刺大小均匀,提高了产品精度,大大减小了模具刃口崩裂的几率,延长了模具使用寿命。
由于本实用新型模架具有通用性,针对不同大小槽型设计的模芯都可以装配在该模架上,模芯包括凸模固定板、卸料板、卸料弹簧、凸模、凹模板、凹模垫板。为了使不同的模芯都能够装配到该模架上,故而上模架垫板上设有多个位置经过仔细计算的销孔,不同的销孔组合可以固定不同尺寸大小的模芯,由于模架具有了通用性,因此在生产不同槽型的产品时,只需要更换模芯即可,不用将整副模具装拆,而这种通过槽孔连接的方式也使得模芯的更换速度和调试所需要的时间大大减少。 
本实用新型采用卸料板和卸料弹簧来卸料。旧模具靠脱料橡皮受到压缩后产生的力来卸料,改进后是利用卸料弹簧受到压缩后产生的力来卸料。由于弹簧的弹性模量稳定,使用寿命较长,冲片卸料力均匀,能够有效的防止卸料板在脱料过程中因为两侧受力不均出现歪斜,脱料效果较老式方法好。

如图1~8所示的一种具有通用模架和对模销的单槽冲模具,包括上模架、上模架垫板、凸模固定板、凸模、卸料板、卸料弹簧、凹模板、凹模垫板、下模架和下模架垫板,上模架垫板2固装在上模架1下,凸模固定板3固装在上模架垫板下,凸模4装在凸模固定板上,卸料板6和凸模固定板通过螺栓连接,两者之间装有卸料弹簧11,上模架垫板上设有多个销孔20,销孔位置经过仔细计算,不同的销孔组合可以和不同尺寸大小的凸模固定板配合;下模架9固装下模架垫板10上,凹模垫板8固装在下模架上,凹模板7装在凹模垫板上;凸模固定板上设有凸模对模销孔一14、凸模对模销孔二14',凹模板上设有凹模对模销孔一15、凹模对模销孔二15',凸模对模销孔一与凹模对模销孔一的位置相互对应,且大小相同,凸模对模销孔二与凹模对模销孔二的位置相互对应,且大小相同;对模销一5装在凸模对模销孔一内,与凹模对模销孔一相配合;对模销二5'装在凸模对模销孔二内,与凹模对模销孔二相配合。 
本实用新型具体的安装方法: 
1、安装模架。上模架1用螺栓固定在机器滑块16下方,用模柄13和两侧的平行定位块一12、平行定位块二12'对上模架进行定位。模柄和机器滑块上模柄孔17配合,模柄两侧的平行定位块一、平行定位块二和机器滑块上的凹槽18配合。下模架9和下模架垫板10固定在工作台19上。上模架垫板2用六个螺栓固定在上模架下方,用两个定位销定位。                                                                                                                                                       2、将凸模固定板3、卸料板6、凸模4及卸料弹簧11组成一个上模整体,对模销一5、对模销二5'预先装在凸模固定板上的凸模对模销孔一14、凸模对模销孔二14'里,凹模7和凹模垫板8组成一个下模整体。
3、安装上模整体。先用四个螺栓将凸模固定板3连接在上模垫板2下,但不要锁紧;然后插入两个定位销,将凸模固定板3的位置定位;定位销插入后,锁紧四个螺栓,要对称锁紧。 
4、安装下模整体。将凹模7和凹模垫板8组成的下模整体放在下模架上9,调节设备使上模慢慢下降,将凹模上的凹模对模销孔一15凹模对模销孔二15'分别与对模销一5、对模销二5'对正,对模销完全插入凹模后(此时凹凸模配合间隙均匀),将下模垫板用四个螺栓锁紧在下模架上,要对称锁紧。
