背景技术
目前, 高架立体仓库在烟草行业广泛使用，烟箱在入库时需要将烟箱放在木托盘上，在积放链条机的输送过程中会产生烟箱边角超出木托盘边缘的情况，烟箱不能居中放在木托盘上，从而造成入库时堆垛机报警，影响生产效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种积放链条机，避免烟箱在积放链条机上超出木托盘的边缘，使用简单方便。
本实用新型采用下述技术方案：一种积放链条机，包括机架，机架边缘两端分别设置有木托盘纠偏挡块，机架边缘两端还分别设置有烟箱纠偏挡块，其中烟箱纠偏挡块在木托盘纠偏挡块之上。
所述的木托盘纠偏挡块为弹性钢材。
本实用新型通过在积放链条机上设置木托盘纠偏挡块和烟箱纠偏挡块，实现了木托盘、烟箱在积放链条机上长度方向上能够居中的功能，避免了烟箱在长度方向上超出木托盘范围的现象；提高了生产的稳定连续性，提高了生产效率，并且该实用新型操作简单，资金投入少，具有很好的工业应用价值和推广应用前景。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型一种积放链条机，包括机架6，机架6边缘两端设置有木托盘纠偏挡块1、2，机架6边缘两端还设置有烟箱纠偏挡块3、4，其中烟箱纠偏挡块3、4在木托盘纠偏挡块1、2之上，木托盘纠偏挡块1、2由带弹性的钢材制成，可以减少纠偏时的冲击力。
在输送空的木托盘输送线路上，当空的木托盘5到达积放链条机时，木托盘纠偏挡块1、2使空的木托盘5处于积放链条机的中心位置；在将烟箱堆放到木托盘时，烟箱纠偏挡块3、4控制烟箱长度方向处于木托盘居中位置，避免了烟箱长度方向上的不居中现象。

1.一种积放链条机，其特征在于：包括机架，机架边缘两端分别设置有木托盘纠偏挡块，机架边缘两端还分别设置有烟箱纠偏挡块，其中烟箱纠偏挡块在木托盘纠偏挡块之上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的积放链条机，其特征在于：所述的木托盘纠偏挡块为弹性钢材。
