 医用胶片是一种在医疗领域用于准确显示人体内部器官、骨骼和软组织的病灶及变异的工具,它为临床医疗诊断提供可靠的依据。医用胶片最佳的使用环境温度在18-24℃,湿度在50-60%RH,它从包装内取出或者装入时,应避免胶片的折叠、重力挤压、胶片间摩擦所造成的人为的伪影和静电。现有技术中,在运输途中用于保存医用胶片的保存盒采用单层的结构,盒体单薄,不具有很强的承受外力的性能,一旦稍大的力挤压盒体就发生形变。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构坚固,能承受外力挤压的医用胶片专用保存盒。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:该医用胶片专用保存盒的盒体为扁平的长方体状,盒体上设有展示面、短侧支撑面和长侧支撑面,所述展示面面积大于长侧支撑面面积,所述长侧支撑面面积大于短侧支撑面,所述医用胶片专用保存盒还包括侧翼板,所述侧翼板固定在盒体的长侧支撑面上。侧翼板为盒体在起支撑作用的竖直面上增加了支撑结构,从而强化盒体,使盒体能够承受更大的外力挤压。
作为本实用新型的优选,所述侧翼板呈矩形。侧翼板为盒体加强支撑结构,而矩形的侧翼板能够使盒体在长侧支撑面受力均匀。
作为本实用新型的优选,所述侧翼板面积小于长侧支撑面面积。该结构避免侧翼板结构对盒体的外观造成影响。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案:医用胶片专用保存盒通过在长侧支撑面上增加侧翼板,整个盒体的支撑结构得到加强,从而强化盒体,使医用胶片专用保存盒能够承受更大外力挤压,不易变形。

如图1、2所示,该医用胶片专用保存盒的盒体1为扁平的长方体状,盒体1上设有两个展示面2、两个短侧支撑面3和两个长侧支撑面4。展示面2面积大于长侧支撑面4面积,长侧支撑面4面积大于短侧支撑面3,在两个长侧支撑面4上都固定有矩形且面积小于长侧支撑面4面积的侧翼板5,侧翼板5与盒体1之间通过化学粘接剂固定连接。
由于扁平的盒体1在承压过程中都由展示面2受力,由于两个短侧支撑面3和两个长侧支撑面4起支撑作用,而两个长侧支撑面4是主要其支撑作用的部位。因此,将侧翼板5与长侧支撑面4固定可以增强盒体1的支撑结构,使医用胶片专用保存盒能够承受更大外力挤压,不易变形。

1.一种医用胶片专用保存盒,所述医用胶片专用保存盒的盒体(1)为扁平的长方体状,盒体(1)上设有展示面(2)、短侧支撑面(3)和长侧支撑面(4),所述展示面(2)面积大于长侧支撑面(4)面积,所述长侧支撑面(4)面积大于短侧支撑面(3),其特征在于:所述医用胶片专用保存盒还包括侧翼板(5),所述侧翼板(5)固定在盒体(1)的长侧支撑面(4)上。
