技术领域
本实用新型属于医学体外诊断领域，具体是一种可用于测定人或动物血液中乳酸脱氢酶含量的乳酸脱氢酶含量测定试剂盒。
背景技术
乳酸脱氢酶是一种糖酵解酶。乳酸脱氢酶存在于机体所有组织细胞的胞质内，其中以肾脏含量较高。乳酸脱氢酶是能催化乳酸脱氢生成丙酮酸的酶，几乎存在于所有组织中。它是催化乳酸和丙酮酸相互转换的酶。L-乳酸脱氢酶(编号：EC 1.1.1.27)作用于L-乳酸；D-乳酸脱氢酶(编号：EC 1.1.1.28)作用于D-乳酸，两者均以NAD+为氢受体。在厌氧酵解时，催化丙酮酸接受由3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶形成的NADH的氢，形成乳酸。

本实用新型一种乳酸脱氢酶含量测定试剂盒，包括盒盖、盒体以及置于盒体中的两个独立密封容器。所述独立密封容器可由瓶体和瓶盖组成，所述瓶体和瓶盖为彼此相适应的圆柱形或四棱柱形。
所述盒体可以是正方体形状或长方体形状，盒盖具有与之相应的形状从而使盒盖可以完整覆盖于盒体上。所述盒盖可以单边连接在盒体上，或与盒体相互独立。
所述试剂盒还包括有固定物，固定物填充于独立密封容器周围，所述固定物选自泡沫塑料、海绵之一种。
所述的独立密封容器彼此独立地放置，或通过外部支架连接为一体。
所述两个独立密封容器之一包含有乳酸20-100mmol/l和tris50-100mmol/l的液体。
另一独立密封容器包含有海藻糖5-40g/l、甘油1-30g/l、Tris 0.1mol/l、吐温80 10-100g/l和5-50mmol/l NAD+的液体。
本实用新型包括两个独立密封容器，其结构紧凑，拆取方便，操作简单，应用灵活，可满足不同检测目的的需求。而且由于使用本法，可使产品成本大大降低，稳定期更长，为产品市场推广奠定基础。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如附图1、附图2和附图3，本实用新型乳酸脱氢酶含量测定试剂盒，包括盒盖1和盒体2，以及第一独立密封容器31、第二独立密封容器32，以及填充于独立密封容器周围的固定物4，本实施例中，两个独立密封容器独立放置，固定物4为泡沫塑料。具体来说，如附图3所示，本实施例的独立密封容器3由瓶盖5和瓶体6组成。第一独立密封容器包含有乳酸20-100mmol/l和tris 50-100mmol/l的液体，第二独立密封容器包含有海藻糖5-40g/l、甘油1-30g/l、Tris 0.1mol/l、吐温80 10-100g/l和5-50mmol/l NAD+的液体。
本实用新型盒盖1和盒体2可密封，使用前打开。
实施例2
本实用新型所包含的两个独立密封容器可以借助外部支架彼此相连，形成一体，如图4其外部支架7为环形，如图5其外部支架7为平台式。

1.一种乳酸脱氢酶含量测定试剂盒，其特征在于，包括盒盖、盒体以及置于盒体中的两个独立密封容器。
2.如权利要求1所述的乳酸脱氢酶含量测定试剂盒，其特征在于，所述独立密封容器由瓶体和瓶盖组成，所述瓶盖和瓶体为圆柱形或四棱柱形，并且彼此适应。
3.如权利要求1所述的乳酸脱氢酶含量测定试剂盒，其特征在于，所述盒体可以是正方体形状或长方体形状，盒盖具有与之相应的形状从而使盒盖可以完整覆盖于盒体上。
4.如权利要求3所述的乳酸脱氢酶含量测定试剂盒，其特征在于，所述盒盖可以单边连接在盒体上，或与盒体相互独立。
5.如权利要求1所述的乳酸脱氢酶含量测定试剂盒，其特征在于，所述试剂盒还包括有固定物，固定物填充于独立密封容器周围，所述固定物选自泡沫塑料、海绵之一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的乳酸脱氢酶含量测定试剂盒，其特征在于，所述的独立密封容器彼此独立或通过外部支架连接为一体。
7.如权利要求6所述的乳酸脱氢酶含量测定试剂盒，其特征在于，所述的外部支架选自平台式外部支架或环形外部支架。
