本实用新型提供一种管材冷却槽,包括顶面开放的槽体、排水池、进水管、出水管和至少一个限位结构,所述排水池安装于所述槽体的一端,且与所述出水管连通,所述槽体的两端各有一个管材出入口,所述出水管与冷却装置连接,所述冷却装置通过管道与泵体连接,所述泵体与所述进水管连接,所述进水管通过槽体上部的开口与槽内连通。本实用新型的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,可以使管材在进入牵引机时已处于冷却状态,提高产品的成品率;冷却水循环利用,环保节能;具有结构简单,维修方便,加工成本低、生产效率高等优点。

本实用新型涉及一种冷却槽,尤其是涉及一种管材冷却槽。
背景技术
在生产PVC等塑料管材的过程中,管材本身是高速生产,管材在出口模的温度很高,达到185℃,经过原有的冷却结构再到牵引机,管材容易变形,现在急需一种快速冷却方法,使管材在进入牵引机时已处于冷却状态,提高产品的成品率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种快速冷却的管材冷却槽。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种管材冷却槽,包括顶面开放的槽体、排水池、进水管、出水管和至少一个限位结构,所述排水池安装于所述槽体的一端,且与所述出水管连通,所述出水管与冷却装置连接,所述冷却装置通过管道与泵体连接,所述泵体与所述进水管连接,所述进水管通过槽体上部的开口与槽内连通,所述槽体的两端各有一个管材出入口,所述限位结构等距安装于所述槽体内,所述限位结构包括固定轴、两块挡板和转筒,所述两块挡板放置在所述转筒两端,所述固定轴的中间穿过所述转筒和挡板,所述固定轴的两端固定在槽体的内部。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:
由于采用上述技术方案,可以使管材在进入牵引机时已处于冷却状态,提高产品的成品率;冷却水循环利用,环保节能;具有结构简单,维修方便,加工成本低、生产效率高等优点。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本实用新型包括顶面开放的槽体1、排水池5、进水管6、出水管7和两个限位结构,所述排水池5安装于所述槽体1的一端,且与所述出水管7连通,所述出水管7与冷却装置连接,所述冷却装置通过管道与泵体连接,所述泵体与所述进水管6连接,所述进水管6通过槽体1上部的开口与槽内连通,所述槽体1的两端各有一个管材出入口,所述限位结构等距安装于所述槽体1内,所述限位结构包括固定轴2、两块挡板3和转筒4,所述两块挡板放置在所述转筒4两端,所述固定轴2的中间穿过所述转筒4和挡板,所述固定轴2的两端固定在槽体1的内部。
在使用过程中,挤出的高温管材从槽体1的一端管材出入口进入槽内,限位装置将管材的位置限定在转筒4下方,两块挡板3之间,使管材充分接触冷却水,冷却之后的管材再从槽体1的另一端(即带有排水池5的一端)出来,可以使管材在进入牵引机时已处于冷却状态,提高产品的成品率。冷却过管材的水进入排水池5内,通过出水管7进入冷却装置,重新降低温度,在泵体的作用下,通过进水管6再次进入槽内参与管材冷却,水资源得到循环利用。

1.一种管材冷却槽,其特征在于:包括顶面开放的槽体(1)、排水池(5)、进水管(6)、出水管(7)和至少一个限位结构,所述排水池(5)安装于所述槽体(1)的一端,且与所述出水管(7)连通,所述出水管(7)与冷却装置连接,所述冷却装置通过管道与泵体连接,所述泵体与所述进水管(6)连接,所述进水管(6)通过槽体(1)上部的开口与槽内连通,所述槽体(1)的两端各有一个管材出入口,所述限位结构等距安装于所述槽体(1)内,所述限位结构包括固定轴(2)、两块挡板(3)和转筒(4),所述两块挡板放置在所述转筒(4)两端,所述固定轴(2)的中间穿过所述转筒(4)和挡板,所述固定轴(2)的两端固定在槽体(1)的内部。
