为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供的一种多功能菜刀，包括刀柄、刀身、安装架，所述的刀身包括刀刃，所述的安装架和刀柄固接，所述的刀身通过螺栓安装在安装架上，所述的刀柄内设置有磨刀棒；所述的磨刀棒通过螺纹连接的方式设置在刀柄内。
作为本实用新型的改进，所述的安装架上设有锯齿形刀刃。
