在铜粉生产过程会产生大量的废水，其废水中主要存在大量的铜离子，铜离子质量比较大，一般在水底经行沉淀。从铜粉生产设备产生的废水通过管道，通向废水池，当管道过的水流过快时，废水中的铜离子随水流一起流入废水池，增加废水池的处理压力。
