背景技术
在造纸的过程中会产生大量的污水，如果直接排放掉，不但会污染环境，而且也造成极大的资源浪费。如果对污水进行过滤，现有的污水处理设备能耗很高，过滤效果也不理想。因此设计一款即节能又环保的污水过滤设备是很有必要的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题，设计了一种新型污水过滤装置。
实现上述目的本实用新型的技术方案为，一种新型污水过滤装置，包括箱体，箱体的一端插装进水管，另一端插装出水管，且进水管与出水管之间通过亲水性过滤管连接，箱体的底面上设有排水口。
所述亲水性过滤管是由金属网包裹亲水性过滤束形成的圆管结构。
所述亲水性过滤束是由多根亲水性过滤膜卷成的小管集合在一起形成的结构。
利用本实用新型的技术方案制作的新型污水过滤装置，体积小，过滤效果好，无需复杂操作，只需要通过污水的流动就可以完成污水过滤工作，经济适用，成本小，能耗低。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行具体描述，如图1是本实用新型所述新型污水过滤装置的结构示意图，图2是该新型污水过滤装置的解剖结构图，如图所示，一种新型污水过滤装置，包括箱体1，箱体的一端插装进水管2，另一端插装出水管3，且进水管与出水管之间通过亲水性过滤管4连接，箱体的底面上设有排水口5。其中，所述亲水性过滤管是由金属网包裹亲水性过滤束形成的圆管结构；所述亲水性过滤束是由多根亲水性过滤膜卷成的小管集合在一起形成的结构。
本技术方案的特点是通过对亲水性材料的运用，在污水流动的过程中完成对污水的初步过滤。在使用本装置时，操作人员可控制污水的流速，让污水缓慢的从进水管流入，经过亲水性过滤管过滤成高浓度污水后由出水管流出。在污水流经亲水性过滤管时，由于亲水性材料的特性，污水中的水分子会透过亲水性过滤膜落入箱体中，而污水中的其他物质则随着污水的流动从出水管排除，进而完成污水的初步过滤。亲水性过滤束用金属网包裹，金属网可以对过滤束起到有效的支撑作用，防止过滤束弯曲变形，保证过滤效果。落入箱体内的过滤水经过排水口流出，进而完成过滤水的收集。
