本实用新型涉及满足220KV输电线路大跨距,2*LGJ400/35导线线路的耐张整串绝缘子的带电作业工器具-液压大刀卡,它用于电压等级220KV,2*LGJ400/35导线,大跨距(垂直档距大于900米),双串绝缘子的输电线路,带电间接或等电位更换耐张双串绝缘子中的一串。
背景技术
在200KV输电线路中有大跨距,2*LGJ400/35导线的线路,这种线路由于垂直档距较大(900多米,一般线路为400~500米),双导线2*LGJ400/35(一般线路为240导线),线路张力比一般线路要大得多,现有的大刀卡(由前卡和后卡组成)在更换其耐张绝缘子串的作业中,机械丝杠收紧时非常吃力或打不动,工作人员体力消耗大,工作进度慢,甚至无法进行更换工作,影响了输电线路的正常运行。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种液压大刀卡。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:包括后卡(横担侧卡具)和前卡,其特征是:液压丝杠一侧叉头插入后卡卡口的扁形处,对准螺栓孔后紧固螺栓。使用方法是:先将绝缘拉棒安装在前、后卡上,具体是,将液压丝杠另一侧叉头的扁头螺栓取下,将其叉头插入绝缘拉棒的金属接头扁形处,对准螺栓孔后紧固螺栓,然后将前卡(导线侧卡具)左侧拉棒连接处的螺栓取下,与绝缘拉棒另一侧的螺栓连接孔对准后紧固螺栓。两人立于铁塔横担上,一人持拉棒后端,一人用操作杆挑起前卡,将前卡送到绝缘子串前端挂在联板上并卡住U型环弧面。后卡装在后面的联板上,上好螺钉,装上绝缘托瓶架,开启液压丝杠开关,收紧液压丝杠,使瓷瓶松弛,摘取瓷瓶弹簧销,即可更换绝缘子串。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的积极效果是:大大降低了工作人员的工作强度和体力消耗,提高了工作效率,加快了工作进度,保质保量地完成了输电线路的带电维护工作,确保了输电线路的安全运行。

具体实施方式
    液压丝杠2一侧叉头插入后卡1卡口的扁形处,对准螺栓孔后紧固螺栓。使用方法是:先将绝缘拉棒安装在前、后卡上,具体是,将液压丝杠另一侧叉头的扁头螺栓取下,将其叉头插入绝缘拉棒4的金属接头扁形处,对准螺栓孔后紧固螺栓,然后将前卡3左侧拉棒连接处的螺栓取下,与绝缘拉棒另一侧的螺栓连接孔对准后紧固螺栓。其次,两人立于横担上,一人持后卡,另一人用操作杆挑起前卡,将前卡送到导线侧的联板处,用前卡的右侧开槽插入线路金具联板并把卡具钩住线路金具U形环弧面,再将后卡的右侧开槽处的螺栓取下,用开槽插入横担侧的金具联板,并与金具联板上的施工孔对准后紧固螺栓。最后,将绝缘托瓶架装好,先收紧液压丝杠的机械丝杠待卡具稍吃力后,再收紧液压丝杠,使线路绝缘子松弛,摘取弹簧销,即可更换绝缘子串。
