背景技术
由于石油勘探操作业环境特殊,普通电缆难以满足使用的要求,测井电缆使用时对电缆护层的耐磨,防油以及抗腐蚀性的要求比较高。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于针对恶劣环境,提供一种防油耐磨测井电缆。
本实用新型包括缆芯,所述缆芯包括六股绝缘线芯、一根钢丝加强芯,所述钢丝加强芯设置在六股绝缘线芯的中心;在所述缆芯外侧依次设置橡皮套隔离层、钢丝铠装层和聚酰胺外护套层;所述每股绝缘线芯分别包括无氧铜丝导体,在所述无氧铜丝导体外包裹绝缘层。
本实用新型采用耐油型热塑性聚酰胺弹性体TPAE作外护套,提高了电缆的耐油、耐磨性能,采用镀锌钢丝铠装层,提高了电缆的抗拉性能,适用于野外作业,屏蔽层内有线芯组,增加钢丝加强芯,提高电缆自身的承重能力。

如图1所示,本实用新型设有缆芯,缆芯包括六股绝缘线芯1、一根钢丝加强芯2,钢丝加强芯2设置在六股绝缘线芯1的中心;在缆芯外侧依次设置橡皮套隔离层3、钢丝铠装层4和聚酰胺外护套层5;每股绝缘线芯1分别包括无氧铜丝导体6,在无氧铜丝导体6外包裹绝缘层7。
