    本实用新型提供一种一次可以进行多个三棱镜矢高的加工,且能保证矢高的一致性的三棱镜矢高尺寸加工盘。 
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案: 
一种三棱镜矢高尺寸加工盘,包括圆形底盘,其特征在于:所述底盘的表面四周边缘均匀粘结有多个标准45度角度靠体,所述各个角度靠体具有一个标准45度三棱镜粘结面。
所述底盘采用表面平整度较好的平面底板。 
本实用新型先将标准45度角度靠体均匀对称的粘接在一块表面平整度较好的平面底板上(角度靠体90度面与平面底板接触粘接);再将三棱镜的侧面面(直角面)粘接在已在平面底板上粘结好的角度靠体侧面面(45度面)上。此时三棱镜的侧面(直角面)相交所形成的棱充分接触平面底板,利用平面底板本身的表面平整精度,来确保产品的矢高尺寸一致性,三棱镜的顶面就是需要加工的面。
