[技术领域]
本实用新型涉及了一种热电、冶金和化工等行业领域里高温气(汽)降温的高效先进技术。是一种高温气(汽)体减温装置,可用于热电、冶金和化工等行业领域里需要将高温气(汽)体温度降低的工况。 
[背景技术]
热电、冶金和化工等行业领域里高温气(汽)降温传统技术有波纹填料降温装置和文丘里降温装置,前者水和气(汽)接触不均匀,降温效果差;后者由于文丘里管径太小,气(汽)体流速太快需引起阻力太大;而两者的增湿水都需要配置流量计和调节阀进行计量控制。而本实用新型技术完全克服了前面两种降温装置所存在的缺陷:能将增湿水微细雾化使之充分和高温气(汽)均匀接触混合;管内气(汽)体流速合适,阻力小;增湿水不需另配置流量计和调节阀进行计量控制。 
[发明内容]
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高效细微雾化减温装置,该装置通过调节喷嘴的进出口压差和喷嘴的数量,就能够控制达到工艺上所要求的降温喷水量,从而免去了复杂的流量计加调节阀降温水量控制系统。 
如图1所示,在通入高温气(汽)体的筒体5内一横截面上,布一根降温水管6,降温水管6在筒体5内的形状可为直管或十字管或圆环管,要根据其上配置的喷嘴数量确定,在降温水管6上配有一组高效微细雾化喷嘴7,喷嘴7是一种高效精密喷嘴,喷嘴7的喷雾方向要顺着高温气(汽)流方向,喷嘴7的数量根据需要喷入的降温水量确定,喷嘴7前后要求具有一定压差,这个压差就是降温水的压力和高温气(汽)体的压力之差,压差的大小根据需要喷入的降温水量和雾化要求确定,喷嘴7在这个压差作用下,能将一定量的降温水雾化成50um左右的水雾,均匀地扩散到筒体5内的整个截面高温气(汽)体中,这时微细雾化水和高温气(汽)体充分接触而溶为一体,微细雾化水吸收高温气(汽)体热量而汽化,高温气(汽)体被吸去热量后而降到要求的温度。

[具体实施方式]
如图1所示,需要降温的高温气(汽)体从1口进入到筒体5内,具有一定压力的降温水从3口进入到降温水管6内,要求降温水的压力比高温气(汽)体的压力高一定的压力等级,那么在喷嘴的进出口就会形成一个有一定压力等级的压差,降温水在这个压差的作用下通过喷嘴就会雾化成50um左右的水雾,均匀地扩散到筒体内的整个截面高温气(汽)体中,这时微细雾化水和高温气(汽)体充分接触而溶为一体,微细雾化水吸收高温气(汽)体热量而汽化,高温气(汽)体被吸去热量后而降到要求的温度。

1.一种高效微细雾化减温装置,包括筒体(5)内一横截面上布一根降温水管(6),降温水管(6)在筒体(5)内的形状为直管或十字管或圆环管。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效微细雾化减温装置,其特征在于:在降温水管(6)上配有一组高效微细雾化喷嘴(7),喷嘴(7)是一种高效精密喷嘴。 
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高效微细雾化减温装置,其特征在于:喷嘴(7)的喷雾方向须顺着高温气或汽流方向布置。
