本实用新型公开了一种固定LED灯的安装座,该安装座包括按钮、LED灯、按钮座、轻触开关、PCB基板,所述的按钮设置为空心透明体,所述的LED灯的二根管脚焊接在PCB基板上,所述的轻触开关设置在LED灯的二根管脚之间并固定在PCB基板上,所述的轻触开关的一极与LED灯的一管脚导通,所述按钮座迭合在与轻触开关上面,所述的按钮下端面与按钮座上端面相接触,所述LED灯套合在按钮的空心内;其优点是,在产品组装过程中,保障LED灯管的位置和角度不会产生偏移及对位更加良好,使LED灯达到良好的显示效果,并可降低生产成本。

一种固定LED灯的安装座
技术领域
本实用新型涉及多功能家用电器技术领域,尤其是涉及到以LED灯显示功能的家用电器上LED灯的安装结构,具体地说是一种固定LED灯的安装座。
背景技术
目前市场上多功能家用电器绝大多数都是以LED灯来显示其功能的开与关,如多仕炉等多功能家电产品,而在同类产品的LED灯的安装方式上,基本上都是采用将LED灯安装在按钮的两旁,以达到显示效果。这种结构关系,存在如下缺陷或不足,一是在组装产品时,当操作工人安装功能按钮开关过程中,手指极易碰到LED灯管,导致LED灯管倾斜,使其位置和角度产生偏移而不对位的现象,从而使LED灯不能达到很好的显示效果,同时,还容易使LED管脚断路,使按钮LED灯不亮,失去显示或指示作用。二是,在同类产品一般都要安装二个LED灯,这就必然占用产品安装空间,增加了产品组装过程中的安装困难,同时,也增加了产品成本,降低了生产企业的利润和效益。
实用新型内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,针对上述现有技术中的缺陷或不足,提供一种在产品组装过程中,保障LED灯管的位置和角度不会产生偏移及对位更加良好,使LED灯达到良好的显示效果,并可降低产品生产成本的LED灯的安装座。
(二)技术方案
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种固定LED灯的安装座,其特征在于,该安装座包括按钮、LED灯、按钮座、轻触开关、PCB基板,所述的按钮设置为空心透明体,所述的LED灯的二根管脚焊接在PCB基板上,所述的轻触开关设置在LED灯的二根管脚之间并固定在PCB基板上,所述的轻触开关的一极与LED灯的一管脚导通,所述按钮座迭合在与轻触开关上面,所述的按钮下端面与按钮座上端面相接触,所述LED灯套合在按钮的空心内。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型较好地解决了在产品组装过程中,手指极易碰到LED灯管,导致LED灯管倾斜的问题,保障LED灯管的位置和角度不会产生偏移,使其对位更佳,使LED灯达到良好的显示效果,同时,还节省了一个LED灯,并且功能按钮与LED灯的灯罩为同一体,使功能按钮同时具备按钮钮和灯罩的双重功能,大大降低生产成本。
作为优选和改进,所述的按钮座的两侧还设置有凹槽。设置凹槽,主要是使LED灯的二根管脚定位而不能摆动或倾斜,更好地保障了LED灯管的位置和角度不会产生偏移,使其对位更佳。
作为进一步改进,所述的按钮座底部设置有至少一根圆柱脚,所述轻触开关上和PCB基板上设置有对应圆柱脚滑动的导位孔。这种设置,能使按钮、按钮座及轻触开关对位准确,不会摆动,保障了本安装座的稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
本实用新型的一种固定LED灯的安装座如图1和图2所示,该安装座包括按钮1、LED灯2、按钮座3、轻触开关4、PCB基板5,所述的按钮1设置为空心透明体,所述的LED灯2的二根管脚21焊接在PCB基板5上,,所述的轻触开关4设置在LED灯2的二根管脚21之间并固定在PCB基板5上,所述的轻触开关4的一极与LED灯2的一管脚21导通,所述按钮座3迭合在与轻触开关4上面,所述的按钮1下端面与按钮座3上端面相接触,所述LED灯2套合在按钮1的空心内。所述的按钮座3的两侧还设置有凹槽31,所述的按钮座3底部设置有至少一根圆柱脚32,本实施例设置二根圆柱脚32,所述轻触开关4上和PCB基板5上设置有对应圆柱脚32滑动的导位孔41。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种固定LED灯的安装座,其特征在于,该安装座包括按钮(1)、LED灯(2)、按钮座(3)、轻触开关(4)、PCB基板(5),所述的按钮(1)设置为空心透明体,所述的LED灯(2)的二根管脚(21)焊接在PCB基板(5)上,所述的轻触开关(4)设置在LED灯(2)的二根管脚(21)之间并固定在PCB基板(5)上,所述的轻触开关(4)的一极与LED灯(2)的一管脚(21)导通,所述按钮座(3)迭合在与轻触开关(4)上面,所述的按钮(1)下端面与按钮座(3)上端面相接触,所述LED灯(2)套合在按钮(1)的空心内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种固定LED灯的安装座,其特征在于,所述的按钮座(3)的两侧还设置有凹槽(31)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种固定LED灯的安装座,其特征在于,所述的按钮座(3)底部设置有至少一根圆柱脚(32),所述轻触开关(4)上和PCB基板(5)上设置有对应圆柱脚(32)滑动的导位孔(41)。
