一种装配式复合外墙墙体。它是由多种材料复合制成的板状结构。外墙墙体的结构由外向内依次是纳米材料层、无机腻子层、砂浆层、钢丝网层、砂浆层和保温层。外墙墙体的高度为建筑单层高,墙体宽为300mm,墙体厚200mm。在墙体宽度方向两端设置凹凸槽,墙体与墙体之间通过凹凸槽咬合连接。这种外墙墙体可以在工厂成品预制,生产集中化、规模化,对环境影响小。在安装简单,整体性好。可减少工作量,提高施工进度,降低成本。

本实用新型涉及建筑墙体的一种装配式复合保温外墙体,具体是一种墙体与保温一体化的预制外墙墙体。 
背景技术
目前,在框架结构建筑中,外墙墙体和保温分开施工。外墙多采用现场砌块砌筑,施工中对人力和物力的投入非常大,而且工期非常长。待外墙施工完成后再在外面做外保温施工。在保温施工采用在外墙外面通过粘接剂粘结、机械固定或者两者结合的方法安装保温板。工序多且施工复杂,保温层容易产生空鼓、开裂和脱落现象,保温层寿命非常短,保温性能不能保证,防水性能差,影响其保温效果。另外在现场安装保温板和饰面时在人工和工期上都投入很大,边角废料较多,造成了成本高和一定的浪费。 
发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有框架结构建筑外墙的不足,提出了一种装配式复合保温外墙墙体,该外墙墙体有以下特点:(1)墙体有很好的保温效果,且保温寿命与墙体一样;(2)保温层位于墙体内部,结合牢固,避免了结合层空鼓和开裂等问题;(3)免除了二次装修,解决了外墙表面开裂、褪色的难题;(4)复合型外墙墙体在工厂标准化加工制作保证了质量,降低了成本;(5)施工现场安装快捷,有很好的工程应用效果;(6)而且在生产工艺上简便快捷,易于大批生产和物流运输。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:复合保温外墙墙体的结构由外向内一次是:纳米材料层、无机腻子层、砂浆层、钢丝网层、砂浆层和保温层。两层钢丝网之间采用钢片固定,钢丝网与钢片采用焊接连接。在墙体的上下两端设置向内的钢片条,该钢片条与墙体内钢片焊接在一起。墙体的高度为建筑单层高,墙体宽为300mm,墙体厚200mm。在墙体宽度方向两端设置凹凸槽,墙体与墙体之间采用凹凸槽咬合连接。 
所述砂浆层的材质为砂与水泥的混合物; 
所述钢丝网层为直径为2mm的钢丝网; 
所述保温层材料可选用基苯乙烯、聚氨酯、树脂、岩棉、矿棉、珍珠岩、无机发泡砂浆、发泡混凝土其中的一种; 
所述钢片为1mm厚的钢片。 
本实用新型的有益效果是装配式复合保温外墙墙体可以在工厂成品预制,生产集中化、规模化,对环境影响小。在安装简单,整体性好。可减少工作量,提高施工进度,降低成本。

具体实施方式
本实用新型是一种应用在框架结构建筑中的装配式复合外墙墙体,墙体的结构参照图3。组成材料由外层向内层依次是:1.纳米材料层,2.无机腻子层,3.砂浆层,4.钢丝网层,5.保温层,6.射钉,7.钢片条。 
外墙墙体在安装时由于墙体高度与建筑层高一致,整个墙体采用多个复合保温外墙墙体横排布置。墙体与墙体之间凹凸槽相互咬合。屋顶与墙体缝隙处采用无机腻子填充。然后在墙体上下两端的钢片条钻孔,再用射钉将墙体与地面和屋顶固定。

1.一种装配式复合外墙墙体,用于框架结构建筑的外墙墙体,其特征是:墙体的组成材料由外层向内层依次是纳米材料层、无机腻子层、砂浆层、钢丝网层、砂浆层和保温层,墙体上下有钢片条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装配式复合外墙墙体,其特征是:所述砂浆层的材质为砂与水泥的混合物;所述钢丝网层为直径为2mm的钢丝网;所述保温层材料可选用基苯乙烯、聚氨酯、树脂、岩棉、矿棉、珍珠岩、无机发泡砂浆、发泡混凝土其中的一种;所述钢片条为1mm厚的钢片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装配式复合外墙墙体,其特征是墙体的高度为建筑单层高,墙体宽为300mm,墙体厚200mm,在墙体宽度方向两端设置凹凸槽,墙体上下两端设有延伸钢片条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装配式复合外墙墙体,其特征是墙体安装时在地面和屋顶通过墙体延伸出来的钢片条用射钉固定。
